the remote on this device came in as if it was use/preowned. i own other samsung tv's with the same remote and the remote on this device is glitchy and seems to be stuck. also, the battery that came with it ran out within 2 months. i have yet to change the battery on my other samsun tv that have owned for 3 years....

The ease of use of the menu and navigating the many features this tv provides is why I always buy Samsung TVs. The sound from the tv's speakers are good enough for a bedroom and the auto-dimming is great when you watch tv to fall asleep. I would definitely buy this tv again. Maybe for the garage this time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The The picture on this TV is is excellent and the only complaint , I wish the TV had an audio output instead of fiber optic output. It would have been easier to connect the TV to an amplifier instead of having to go through a d/a converter to get audio. I find the Universal remote to be not completely Universal. The Universal remote does not play well with the roku unit. The same goes with directv it's easier to use the DirecTV remote instead of the Samsung Universal remote. One nice feature about this TV is it has its own built-in manual. Also another nice feature is that you can contact support using the TV. The Samsung TV has more than enough apps to connect to.

The system integrates easily with provider cable boxes and sound systems all through the universal remote. Only potential issue would be that the base seems like it would be unstable for the size of large television but no incidents as of yet.

Brilliant picture, wonderful sound & unlimited options. My single solitary complaint is: This tv does not offer a Hotspot option.

this "smart" tv is an absolute nightmare to set up. if you plan to use a home theater you should probably have a pro install. after an hour or so of swearing i discovered i couldn't play any apps through the home theater without either bluetooth or a digital optical hook up. the "universal" remote is anything but. very disappointed. picture is no better than entry level.

I know that I got a lot of TV for the price. Samsung makes a very good product. This is the 2nd Samsung TV that I have bought . I bought a Mitsubishi 60" TV and 3yrs later the bulb went out. That is when I bought my first Samsung 50" TV. That was 10yrs ago and it still works great. I moved it to the bedroom when I bought the 75"TV. My next cell phone will be a Samsung. If Samsung makes other products I will buy those to. At the store they had different models of TVs showing, but for the picture quality and the price this was the one that I wanted. Only problem was I could not take it home that day because it was out of stock. But it was worth ordering and waiting for. I love my Samsung 75" TV and so does everyone else.

Settings are not complicated and give choices on operations. Its instant on and samsung has its own app that has a lot of offerings for free. The price was great and well worth what you get. Now that I own I would buy again.

But in my opinion, the remote is plain and simple. I have to scroll all over the place to get to anywhere. Anyway, at this price level, this is a well made tv and is worth buying if you are on a budget.
