My wife's first comment was, "It's like being in a movie theater!" She loves it even though she insisted that our old one worked well enough. Now she binge watches it all the time and I'm relegated to the guest room. She does let me watch a movie on it every once in a while and I consider myself lucky!

From its crystal clear picture, to vivid sounds, and easy to use functionality, this TV is everything I could have wanted in my home. Sometimes I put on “Our Planet” just because the picture looks so vivid that I feel like I'm not at my home during all of these work from home hours. Thank you Samsung, you now have my TV loyalty.

I literally feel as though I'm in the the middle of the Movie or show I'm watching. The clarity of the screen and factory sound quality of this tv is unremarkable! I also own a Larger Samsung Curved in my living room with a surround sound and I'm just as pleased with this tv as I am my much more expensive curve. You won't be disappointed and this is coming from a woman!

It has a very slick and clean design. The quality of the Samsung Crystal UHD Smart TV is super great, the images are very clear and the colors are super vibrant. The tv remote that comes with the Samsung product is also universal, it can connect to other devices. The Samsung Crystal UHD Smart TV can easily connect to the internet and it comes with built in apps like Samsung TV Plus. It even has the option of connecting with Bluetooth to any device. I give the Samsung Crystal UHD Smart TV five stars and I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

It's only been two weeks but I'm loving my tv. I had one issue on day two where it wouldn't turn on, neither with the remote or button on tv but I “think” that may have been due to the plastic running along the frame I was waiting to remove. The issue hasn't happened again since. I really love the smart aspect and having all the apps available. The mirroring feature is also fantastic since it's preventing me from having to buy an Apple TV 4K. The picture quality is great. I know this isn't a top of the line model but coming from a 40” 1080p the quality difference for me is vast and enough of an upgrade to make me happy.

The best part is having a Samsung phone, and t.v. they work seamlessly together no additional anything. Smarthings, connects with no worries. It is like magic. You can cast directly from device to device. The Bixby assistant is flawless with the TV and phone, just talk and it is done. I also, really enjoy the ambience mode. There are so many awesome features with Smart Hub and the phone. Another great feature is there isn't even a need for internet as you can connect with wifi-direct to share all your files. Then another feature that let's you use the phone as a desk top computer is DEX. Absolutely amazing device, designed to suit your life.

i bought this tv to replace a store brand tv i was using in my bedroom. i was excited when i opned it, read the manual, hooked it up to a satellite receiver. thats when the wxcitement stopped. thr picture quality was meh. fuzzy, almost. plus, needing to download an app to aet ipnthe tv is ridiculous. i tried to live with it for two days, trying dogfeenet settings and such. i gave up, boxed it upnand hooked ip the old store brand tv again. much better picture than the samsung. on a related not, i bought a nee 85” tv for another room. after this experience, i made sure it wasn't a samsung.
