The phone app is an added plus, may need some features improvement there but since it is an app it should be easy to add new feature to phone app for better user experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is awesome works very well with my video games I'm a big XBOX 1 X and PlayStation 4 PRO player and the tv performs phenomenally well with games on movies it does well but the blacks and dark color mixtures don't work very well the movie still looks great but the pixel density and refresh rate seem to be lagging a bit when that kind of scene shows up but for video games, it performs fantastic so I am very happy with it

i needed a new tv after a thunderstorm took out my old tv. i decided to get the 2020 model of the 50" crystal uhd 4k smart tv and i love it! the picture is crisp, clear, and beautiful. the sound is great, with or without my (old) sound system. there were no issues with the condition when i opened the box, no issues setting it up, no issues connecting to my cable box or sound system. the remote takes a minute to get used to, for sure, but it isn't the dealbreaker other reviews seem to make it out to be. the home screen interface needs some tweaks, but it doesn't take away from enjoying this awesome tv! another samsung purchase for my home, and another positive experience.

The picture is sharp and saturated with excellently balanced color, and so easy to adjust to my personal preferences. The sound is clear right out of the TV speakers, without any “muddiness”. And with the wide range of available adjustments, you can set everything up just the way you like it. Finally, I was happy to discover the Samsung TV content! This TV comes with a lot of great channels to watch for free (perfect if you don't have cable). Thanks, Samsung, this TV is an excellent, luxurious choice at a very attractive price point!

The ui is really good, the picture is outstanding, and the remote is very easy to use.

It seems to have all the “kinks” worked out. Even though my last TV was 4K, this picture appears much more clear and vivid. It's great to see that Samsung keeps improving their quality.

The picture quality and features are stunning and equally as beautiful as the larger TV In a smaller package which is what exactly what we needed for the smaller room. We purchase nothing but Samsung products for audio, visual and and phones for years and they are the best in quality, features and most importantly reliability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has wonderful picture with crisp, clear color and deep blacks. The auto recognition of inputs plugged into HDMI ports is great. It has all the needed arts and services that would be expected. Only downside is that occasionally the startup is a bit slow.
