Working Person's TV

if your the average american working person, and you want great tv that doesn't cost you thousands of dollars. this is the tv. the picture is fantastic on it. i recommend movie mode. i'm a av guy as my second job. and i see and hear a lot of equipment. i would have given it 5 stars,but the interface is a little slow at time. i'm connected ethernet, and i have 200 plus down speed. i notice when opening shows in the amazon app that is lags a bit. but that might be the developer of the app faut. the interface doesn't know what xfinity flex is yet. you'll have to use the remote that comes with the flex box. also,make sure you get a good 2.0 hdmi cable if your running into a receiver. my first night is was having buzzing issues and audio drops.

Great product, Remote enchancing

The only comments are that the remote is not backlit making it harder to use in a dark setting, and maneuvering through the features can be somewhat challenging. As I use the TV more things are getting easier, just a new product with new features that I need to figure out!

Love this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought many televisions over my life. LG, VIZIO, Sharp, Sony, Samsung, and I say this TV is by far the best TV that I have bought. Has many great features and apps that are already installed. I only had this TV for a short period of time and is the only tv that I watch when I have time to watch.-Picture quality is dynamic-As for sound I am using wired speakers for my basement so I couldn't comment on sound system.-Remote is sleek and simple

Best Samsung TV Yet!

I love the ease of set up and ability to function with all my subscriptions and pair with my cable. Samsung has outdone themselves at this price point!

thin edges amd more screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] its okay. sort of a downgrade from last year's 8 series. has a few bugs. sometimes it will not turn on when using the remote. the frame rate is also a little laggy you can see pixelated images during some fast paced, high definition media. hopefully there is a software update that fixes these issues.

Emmanuel, I am sorry that you are experiening issues with your TU8000 TV. Please check that your TV is running the latest firmware. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may also want to try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps to solve your concerns. Beautiful Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the tv. I am not as impressed with the remote, I liked the remotes on my other Samsung t.v.'s better. However, the picture on this is fantastic and I have had several compliments on it. I like the bluetooth feature also. This is the 4th Samsung t.v. in the house, and fifth Samsung overall.

Awesome TV!!

Love the Remote

i love the remote. it makes it so easy to watch netflix, hulu and amazon tv. i love the voice recognition. series 8000. the picture is crystal clear. it connects so easily to my iphone if i want to stream from my iphone. i definitely say get a samsung. now my husband wants to swtich the bedroom tv for a samsung. he said we could have gotten a cheaper tv for my women cave but now he sees why i wanted the samsung. he's jealous of my samsung.

I love the voice feature 8000

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love my new Samsung tv. I bought two in one month. One for our patio and one for my women cave. I love the picture. It's crystal clear color is bright and colorful. As a woman I just needed a simple remote. Easy access to Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. It has a quick button for each and easy streaming right from my iPhone. The 8000 is voice activated. I love that feature. I bought a 43 inch 7000 and a 50 inch 8000 now my husband once to get one for his man cave. He loves mine and now see's why I wanted Samsung tv's. I definitely recommend Samsung tv's.
