There is also a lot of free content to watch thru samsung tv. The only thing is I wish that the remote was more responsive its kinda laggy.

Picture looks great, sound is decent from the built in speakers. Eventually I might upgrade and get a sound bar but definitely not needed. Overall a great tv

My 2 year old has taken it over. The couple of hours I do get to watch it (when she's sleeping) I really do enjoy it. The images are super crisp. It's my 3rd Samsung purchase. I wouldn't go with any other TV Brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Without going into technical specifics as well as not trying to pit my 55” Samsung UHC tv against competitors, I am quite happy with my purchase. My expectations were formed subsequent to reading numerous reviews of this unit as well as competing products upto those with a price tag almost double the cost of this set. The span of colors is wide and intensity of those colors is vibrant. Without an OLED standing next to this model, the blacks appear deep and inky. I cannot say I notice the oft discussed “inferior purity” of this model's blacks. The sound quality is much greater than I expected and is, simply, satisfying in the 15' x25' room in which this tv is watched. Setup was quite easy and after a week of viewing, the overall experience is top notch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven't had a new TV in years, and I have to say the upgrade to this TV has been incredible. First, it was extremely easy to set up. It's very easy to find and install the different apps, and they're all really easy to use. Also, it's just really nice to have everything together, so I don't have to keep switching between different streaming media players. I have a bunch of videos on an external hard drive, and connecting to the TV was great, and it's nice that they hold your place when you stop in the middle of a video. Next, the picture quality is unparalleled. This is our first 4K TV, and the difference in the quality is so, so, so much better. Also, the sound is incredible. You feel like you're in a movie theater in your own home. The price was also very good. I can't recommend this television enough! Great product!

All my favorite apps like netflix, youtube tv, hulu, etc are easily accessible and ready for viewing. Not to mention, the cable channels that are included FREE on the tv. At least 30-40 channels. I was unaware of this feature when i purchased it but it is definitely a highlight of the tv. I would highly recommend this tv for all your wants and needs!

replaced an old samsung plasma tv that was about 12 years old. like the picture on the new one. however, the remote takes a bit to get used to. extremely minimalist design. still getting used to it after about two or three weeks. happy to say its become easier to use every day.
