[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a mom of two boys, I usually do my homework on products before purchasing them. Safety is my number one focus while also taking price into consideration. With that said, I want to give a big thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me the Britax Boulevard Click Tight Convertible Car seat to use and review. I have researched Britax before and they are well known for safety. I received the seat in contour gray and it is sharp looking! It is sleek yet cushy, and it is extremely easy to clean. I just lift the seat cushion and vacuum out the crumbs! One feature about this car seat that I was really excited about was the ease of install. Boy, did it exceed my expectations. In the past, I have always asked my husband to install our car seats because of what a pain they are, but I was able to install this one all by myself! It took me just a few minutes to have it installed, level, and ready to go. My son is 2 years old (almost 3) and is rear facing. He was excited about his new car seat and says it is comfortable. He falls asleep quite easily in it! Along with safety, I also try to avoid unnecessary toxins and chemicals when I can, so learning that this seat has no added flame-retardant chemicals was a bonus! Now, for the negative. I love everything about this car seat except one thing and it's a big concern. The seat is installed using the car's seatbelt. In my case, I drive a minivan, so it's installed using the minivan seatbelt. Well, my son can reach the seat belt buckle while he is strapped in and undo it! He in fact unbuckled it several times, even though he was told not to. Now, I don't know if this is specific to my minivan (I doubt it), maybe the buckles are easier to reach. Even if your child sitting in the seat can't reach it, it is possible another child could unbuckle the seatbelt. Since this is a huge safety concern, I will be installing it with the lower anchors instead of the seatbelt even though it will be more of a hassle to install. The safety concern is not a deal breaker for me at all because we have the option to use the lower anchors. The car seat itself is topnotch and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, sleek, and easy to clean car seat!

I love that the bottom of the seat has a rubber grip on it to make it stay in place, the storage pouch and optional cup holder. Also the many recline options are an awesome feature! Can't say enough great things about britax brand in general. The boulevard click tight has so many great features. Great padding, durable construction, and ease of use. Couldn't ask for more! I feel so safe using this seat for my little one. The peace of mind of knowing it's installed correctly every time is worth everything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won this car seat at a San Diego Moms Blog Safety Event and was very excited because it's a car seat we would've bought anyway. All of our Car seats have been from Britain and glad this one is too.

We liked this seat initially but only had it for two years and it's already broken. The part that you use to adjust the recline snapped off and the straps aren't tightening all of the way. Very frustrating to spend so much money on a car seat to only have it last two years. We will not be purchasing another Britax.

They were very easy to install using the seat belt (we have to use the seat belt as our vehicle does not have LATCH). I absolutely love the click tight feature! It helps to let me know the belt is tight enough for them. Overall, I love these seats and am looking forward to using them for years to come!

I spent a couple of months looking for the perfect solution for a tall and skinny toddler. This model has met all my criteria: i) Steel frame; ii) Extended rear facing for tall toddlers; ii) Cover easy to remove and wash; iv) Available in New Zealand so we can inspect it before purchasing

I now have two click tight car seats in my car and I don't think I can ever go back to a carseat without click tight. We had the previous generation boulevard and this is such a breeze to install properly compared to that. Let me say I LOVE this carseat, however there are some things about it that could use some thought from Britax. First, the hole where you put your finger to loosen the straps: this is a goldfish collection hole for my 2 year old. He is constantly putting food/suprises in there and if I have to loosen the straps, I have to dig out whatever he has stuffed in there before I can get to it. Second, I don't love the new neoprene like material as much as I loved the microfiber material that is on our other Britax models. It piles and shows every. little. drop. of whatever may come in contact with it. It looks much older than my five year old boulevard because the cover stays so dirty. It is easy to remove and wash, but it does not come clean as easily as my previous boulevard. That being said, I already bought another for my now six month old to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the infant carrier and knew when our little out grew that we would be getting a convertible car seat. It might look like you are strapping your child in a space ship but I know when I back out of my drive way I know that my child is safe.
