I have has this seat for nearly a year now and have been very pleased with it. It's very simple to install, my child's grandparents can do so with ease. I love that my 2.5 year old can comfortably rear face in this seat still and will be able to do so for awhile to come. The only thing I would change about this seat is the length of the crotch buckle, it is extremely short and really only functional in the outer slot for any child who's not a newborn, it should be the same length as the G4.1 seats.

I bought this car seat as an upgrade for my now 1 year old. While it is quite heavy and bulky I am confident it would protect my child if we were ever to get In a wreck. This particular series is a babiesrus exclusive. I like the pattern in the black on black, it is very comfortable with the extra padding. I also like that there is a pouch on the seat to place the car seat manual. This makes it very accessible if you need it instead of searching online or trying to go through files looking for it. Some cons are that's spent over an hour flipping through the manual trying to install and adjust the seat. The instructions for the tethering harness were not clear for rear facing. Also, adjusting the seat angle while seat is rear facing is impossible.

She's on the petit size, and fits her perfectly with lots of room to grow, but still giving me peace of mind that she's snug and safe. It's a heavy and sturdy. I love that you DON'T have to re-thread the buckle as your child grows; all you have do it push and pull a lever. The Click-Tight feature is awesome!! It's reassuring to hear the "click" and know your child is safety buckled in.

It's super stylish and is easy to install - my husband was able to get it set up in under 10 minutes. The locking system latched securely (yet simply for me) at his chest and around his thighs. He seemed to enjoy the depth and recline of the seat. My favorite feature was the wide head rest, where my child snoozed on our journeys. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I opened my Britax Boulevard ClickTight Convertable Car Seat the first thing I noticed was how beautiful and luxurious the contour green color was! The fabric itself is really lovely and sturdy. I went right to the instruction manual which was well written and easy to follow along. I read the entire manual first and then went to install. I was feeling confident with how easy it was described to install. The first installation was not a breeze. I found (and still do find) it challenging to push/pull the incline adjustment button but once you do get it pushed the seat moves quickly between inclines. I had the seat adjusted to a proper incline for my rear facing 2 year old but once I buckled it in, closed the cover, and ensured it was tight enough, it had pulled it tighter and was no longer at a proper incline. I found it frustrating to have to unthread the seatbelt entirely and start again. The incline can not be changed while buckled in. My first time installing I also had trouble pushing down the seat to click in. Potentially due to the incline, I found that the edge of the car seat kept hitting the back of the vehicle seat and I had to use more force than anticipated to close it. That said, I have now installed and uninstalled it a number of times and have gotten more comfortable and found it easier to do. It certainly feels secure and the ClickTight feature is a dream! Beyond installation my daughter LOVES this car seat. She is constantly requesting to sit in it versus my old car seat. The seat takes up less room then our other car seat, allowing my husband (6 foot 4 inches) to be able to move his seat further back. My biggest complaint with the seat in action is that the wings near her head are very large. While it brings me comfort for her safety, it is a tiny area to be able to get her in and out of. I love the safety of britax but our britax Boulevard click right has 2 screws that have fallen out. One screw is also striped so we can't loosen to get the foam piece back in place. Doesn't make you feel real good about your child riding in a car seat that the screws fall out. These are not cheap car seats and I ha ent been able to find replacement screws on the website. We have only had this car seat about 2 years.

I have been using this seat with my now 3 year-old son for about 2 and half years now without any problems. I like the seat so much that I bought a second boulevard clicktight a few months ago for my 10 month-old son. In my opinion, it's the easiest seat to install. You lift the seat panel up, guide the seat belt through the two guides and buckle, remove slack, shut the seat panel, and you're pretty much done. It literally takes 5 minutes! I know some people have issues with the seat buckle being too short, but it doesn't seem to bother either of my sons and to me seems to be about as long as the buckles on their other seats. The seat is a bit bulky if you need to keep it on a deep recline for a very young baby. However, for older babies/toddlers, you can have the seat pretty upright which makes it fairly compact. I drive a 2009 Nissa Versa hatchback, which is a subcompact vehicle, and space is tight, but I'm able to fit two of these rearfacing in the backseat. The seat is also good for extended rearfacing. My 3 year-old is still rearfacing in the seat and he has been in the 90-something percentile for height his whole life. The only downside to the seat is that the cover must be hand washed. I've only washed the cover once and it took nearly a week to fully dry in the basement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love britax my son had the fronteir 90 so when the boulvard came out with clicktight we were so excited its a great seat it is very heavy but its comfy and seems well made. There is only one thing that i hate that needs changed the crotch strap is way to short im afraid i wont get the use out of it as i was hoping due to this. Britax needs to extend the crotch strap or offer a longer strap just like they offer the longer seat straps.

I purchased a Boulevard ClickTight about 3 months ago and have been using it ever since. We also have a Marathon (non-ClickTight) and a Frontier 90 ClickTight that we've had for much longer so I was already aware of the amazing quality and features Britax has to offer. The ease of installation with the ClickTight feature is unbeatable. So simple! We are currently using it rear facing with a 21 month old who weighs about 24 pounds and is average height for his age. I haven't found myself thinking he looks even slightly uncomfortable or scrunched up. He has plenty of room and never complains about being in the seat. I like the harness click feature, although I do find that usually the first click is not near tight enough for my liking. But I supposed it would help people who may not know much about car seat safety to get the harness more secure than without. The cupholder is a bit of a pain - it took forever for me to realize where it should attach and there are no videos online that I could find. You also have to remove the cupholder to uninstall the seat, which is a bit difficult and I have already scratched a bit of the plastic off on both the attachment piece and the actual shell of the car seat in doing so. My main complaint and really the only real issue of this seat - and why I am giving it 4 stars - is that the crotch strap is SO short! I know many have said this and I did read that in the reviews before purchasing, however I didn't think it would be a huge concern because he is so skinny. It's definitely doable but buckling him in was so much easier in the Marathon. If it weren't for this flaw, I would really love this seat over anything else. But this one shortcoming is really making me miss the Marathon and tempts me to switch back to it for our main seat. Once the buckling process is completed, I do soon forget how much annoyance the short buckle gives me. I have heard Britax is not coming out with a longer replacement strap but I am hoping I am wrong and they release a more realistic length strap. Especially if I'm going to continue to use the Boulevard ClickTight for years in the future. Overall, we do love this seat, the ClickTight feature is so simple and quick, it's comfortable for baby and compact enough to rear face behind the driver's seat in my small SUV, and because it's Britax, the safety features are top notch.
