This was a great potty to train my son on. He is even able to empty the basin by himself. I like that the potty transitions to a step stool. The top goes onto a toliet seat, but I found it didn't fit on my toliet seat, so I would test to see if it works on yours.

I really liked this potty, it has both options so you can do whatever is convenient for you and/or whatever the child wants. It feels very sturdy and seems to be well made. The toilet seat attached and unattached very easily, but not so easy that your little ones can take it off. It's pee guard works really well and comes off so it's easy to clean! It's not too bulky so it doesn't take up too much space and it looks very nice. Plus my toddler loves it! I received this potty in exchange for my honest review.

I love the concept of this and how it can be used multiple ways, and the stool portion on the bottom is super sturdy, which I love. However, it is not exactly easily portable when used as its own potty, and in the beginning days portability is key. Also, we have an oval-shaped toilet and when we put it on our toilet it was extremely unstable and my daughter kept falling in over and over again, which made her afraid of that particular toilet (thank goodness we don't live in a 1BA!). My son is just starting to potty train and doesn't mind sitting on it, although he has yet to actually go on it, I know he will in time!

Our toddler didn't like the feel of the potty seat because it was shaped different from what he had been using. However, he really likes the foot-stool portion! The wide base gives it strong stability. There are even embossed rings that make it slip-proof! The fact that the bathroom vanity door can open over it is just icing on the cake.

It transitions from a sit on the ground potty chair to a removable potty seat that you can place on the toilet. Lastly, it becomes a step stool so that they can reach the toilet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a lot of training potties for my toddler. I have some that are just the seat, some that are meant to be the only potty you will need. I find that it is best to buy separate potties for the seaparate stages of potty training. I like this potty as a first stage potty, on the floor. My toddler likes the feel of the potty and likes using it. The bowl is 1 solid peice which makes it easy to dump over and over again. Good travel potty. You can fit sanitizing wipes and other supplies in the potty then store in the car. I don't like this potty as a step stool and over the potty combo. It isn't easy for the adults to remove and replace the over the potty part, the pee doesn't go straight into the potty and the step stool is a bit too low. I think there are better potties for this stage.

My experience with the Contours Bravo 3-in-1 Potty system has been great. The 3-in-1 options consist of a potty chair, toilet trainer and step stool. It starts as a potty your kids can sit on, then sit on a toilet (round or oblong) and then also has a stool. You can also use the stool bottom part as storage. My sister suggested keeping it in my car and keeping grocery or other bags to put in it for traveling with kids. It’s really well made. The pee guard can be used multiple ways too and slides off the little starter one and onto the next size up. I wish I had this for all my kids when they were just starting out!

I previously purchased the summer infant potty because it was so highly rated. However that potty was a disaster with my son. The splash back and splatter had me constantly blocking it with my hand otherwise it would get everywhere. But not with this potty. This potty is awesome! The shape blocks all urine even when it does in different directions. Definitely worth getting if you have the same challenges with your son.
