The Tri-Fuel generator is awesome...everything I was expecting. I have never owned Champion Power Equipment products before but can honestly say after receiving the generator and its performance I would not hesitate on buying another Champion product. It was packaged well, all parts and accessories were there, battery was charged and after adding oil, plugging battery connection together, hooking up propane tank...it fired right up and I even forgot to choke it (oops). I would consider the noise level to be acceptable...I don't think it is as loud as my 23 hp mower.

I have been needing a larger generator along with natural gas and after my research and found this tri fuel that was fantastic to me. I currently have natural gas but could possibly be changed over to propane so I am now prepared and with the propane and gas option I can take camping if I choose. It meets everything I needed, and quality built. I like because I could buy locally at my Atwoods Store. In my shopping this meets my every need and it's an amazing looking machine.

I was able to get it set up by myself in 30 minutes. The included a quick-connect natural gas hose made things nice and simple and it started right away. I ran it under load for about four hours and was able to recharge all of my portable batteries at the same time. Make note: even though the oil reservoir lists 1100ml as the max volume, it only accepted about 900ml before overfilling. Use 3/4s of the included motor-oil. The oil plug is next to the LP/NG input valve and is recessed. You'll need to kneel down to see it. Running sound level was between 87&90db

Had problem getting gasoline during a prior outage. Great to now have a Tri-Fuel model with fuel options. Have a connection to my natural gas supply. Runs great, started right up. Would be nice if the Intelliguage provided more info such as Watts used or Amps. Expect that the generator will be able to service my whole house. Now that I have it, guaranteed I won't have a power outage.

Just received this generator and it came packaged well. Started right up on natural gas. Still need to do the initial run in but seems like a good product. a little loud but probably not any louder than the one I am replacing. excellent replacement for my old generator.

My tri fuel 8000 watt generator was put to the test a couple of weeks ago after a near by disaster left us without power in this Texas heat wave. I connected my Champion 100416 right into the transfer switch and had air conditioner plus all lights, computor and T,V. working. July left us with 28 days of 100 degree plus, so not just any generator would do.

I just received my generator and finished the assembly. It was sooo easy to do. I hooked up my propane and followed the startup procedure to the T and it started immediately. Im not surprised as this is my second champion generator. That generator works like a champ-ion as well. I LOVE the new tri fuel. Amazing!!!

I just assembled the Generator yesterday (9-30-2021) and am in the process of contracting both an electrician and a plumber to perform the necessary installations. First of all, the generator took a long time to arrive. I ordered it on July 6, 2021 and it didn't arrive until 8-26-2021. This was probably due to the large number of disasters around the country and the demand must have been high. As I was in no particular hurry, this was not an issue for me. But, you might want to be aware of what disasters are occurring if you are in a hurry to get a generator. Delivery by the freight carrier was very professional and they arrived at the appointed time. Good communication. The generator arrived well protected and in good condition. It is one heavy piece of equipment. So, if you have to move it far, you will need help and a hand truck or dolly to move it. That or assemble it in the driveway and wheel it where you want it. (Freight companies will only deliver it as far as the driveway. All parts were included. I was under the impression that the electrical cord was included, but it was not. Be aware so that you can order one. Also, the NG hose was shorter than what I will need in order place the generator where I want it (20-25 ft.). So, I ordered another longer one. Neither of these issues is the fault of the manufacturer. But mention it FYI. The assembly would have been really simple if where you need to install the front supports and the wheels was more easily accessible. Some of the holes in the frame were underneath the battery bracket and holes for the wheels were behind other heavy components. This requires you to either jack up the generator or lay it on its side in order to make the installations. Neither is desirable. Other than the above, I am happy with my selection of this tri-fuel generator. I hope I never need it. But, have the peace of mind that, should disaster strike, I am prepared to protect my family..

I received my trifuel generator a few days ago. The generator itself looks very nice and seems well setup/designed. The instructions were easy to follow and no real setup was needed aside from attaching the wheels, feet and filling with the oil they provided. I like that they also provided a natural gas hose and propane hose. I am using natural gas which I tried for the first time today. Seems to run well. I plugged in an electric heat gun to make sure it provided power and of course it did. Over all happy with it so far. If I ever need to use it, which I'm sure I will it seems like it will do the trick.

Bought this generator after a big storm, decided to go with the Tri-Fuel model to give us options in case we cant get gasoline. I added the oil and put gas in it and it started right up. Did the 5hr break in period with no issues and it handled the fridge and freezer I had hooked up to it. Oil change was easy to do and now generator is ready for use when needed.
