Was very easy to assemble and hook up to propane tank-quick disconnect to generator is a great idea also came with everything needed will be using natural gas eventually but put together and Hooke up to propane tank and started right up ran like a top, after a while put in a load and it rand excellent so far very happy with this product

i already have a natural gas bbq grill, so i have been wanting a natural gas generator, this one is great, came with everything i needed, except i can't just unplug my grill and plug generator in, i will have to probably get an adapter or change my piping around a little, but with what they sent i was able to remove 1 fitting and put theirs in and test the generator. so far it works great. just have to make it so i can unplug the grill and plug in generator. but i'll figure something out. i thought all quick connect hoses were standard.

I did a lot of research on Tri-Fuel generators. Champion brand is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and my family needed an ALL purpose, multi-fuel, dependable backup power source that is reasonably portable. I couldn't find a negative review from any of the buyers that submitted reviews. Additionally, the product was readily available during this supply chain nightmare. I received my generator within 3 weeks of my order, delivered to my doorstep. I'm very happy with the product and the buying experience and I've already recommended the Model 100416 8000W TriFuel to several of my pals seeking similar.

I have not used it yet, this is completely a back up source to power my house. Although, when I opened the box I was pleased to see what I purchased so far, this generator looks very strong and powerful, very well built and sturdy. I will be powering it up soon for a test run.

I needed something to replace my old manual start generator. When I saw this electric start with the natural gas option I was sold. I finally had a chance to fire it up. It was so easy. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it) the power came back on before I could connect it to the house wiring. So far I'm impressed.

This is my first generator, and I chose it due to the high reviews and the flexibility for fuel choices. During last winter's snow storm and power outages, we were without power for over 50 hours, eventually being forced to leave our home and go to a shelter. This would have enabled us to stay home in relative comfort, as well as prevented us from losing everything in our refrigerator and deep freeze. Even during the power outages we never lost natural gas. This generator just looks and feels like really high quality, even before opening the box. Everything you need is provided except for the fuel you choose. I did the 5 hour break-in yesterday and it started right up with the pushbutton. Easy to use, high quality, a lot of thought and attention to detail. My only suggestion for improvement would be to do something to make it run quieter. This thing was really, really loud. In the case of another long power outage, my neighbors are just going to have to learn to tune it out, but it would be nice if it was quieter, especially for the price. Champion has put so much quality into this and attention to detail that it seems out of place for it to be so loud. Other that that, this thing is great and I highly recommend it.

I bought this product primarily due to its versatility of being able to run on gasoline,(although I intend to never run it on gas due to storage issues) natural gas or propane. After reading the instructions, it took about an hour to set it up and test it with propane. It fired right up and I ran for about 30 minutes with absolutely no issues. I am running a natural gas line to where I intend to set it up with my objective to power a 1000 sq ft area of my home on the generator. That will include, the AC, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer and of course our TV. We will be self sustained in our TV room (where we spend most of our time anyway) for quite a while on our natural gas fuel source. At this point i am very impressed with this product and am recommending it to me children.

I worked in the propane business for 25 years. Propane is the best fuel for home generators due to an unlimited shelf life. This model uses high quality regulators and hoses and will operated on gasoline, natural gas or propane. As your living situation changes, rest assured you will have a combination of fuels available. Buy now, use for a lifetime. Very impressed with Champion products.

Easy assemble. Simple directions. I am primarly running on natural gas. Only problem was I didnt read the manual far enough to know that I needed a regulator on the natual gas line. Even after installing the regulator I have to have the fuel valve half closed for the initial start. Once running I can open to full gas. My gas meter is a 2 lb meter and the generator only needs 3 - 5" water column. I couldnt find the exact one so I put a 4-8" water column regulator. I have only ran it for 2 hrs so still going through the break in process. The first hurricane we loose power will be the official test. So far so good.

A little loud would not stand beside while running but it started right up ran well, I waited to get propane because it has a 25 year shelf life and I don't have to worry about bad gas. the try fuel makes it the most diverse generator out there great gen.
