The container is good and really does not leak ,You can use it for every day storage even you can eat from it with your forlk.I loved it so much my kids use it ,easy to clean and store ,I have the other kind with the same brand,the red led .But this container are better to use for storing different kind of food liquid or hard ,I did not like the container material since it's easy to break and you can not held hot stuff in it only cold .

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My husband has packed things in this for lunches a few times now. He's taken soup, salad & curry in it & nothing has leaked. The locking clip vents are a nice feature and it's a good size for a lunch. We prefer glass/Pyrex/ceramic containers, however. This feels cheap, being made of plastic. To be fair, it doesn't seem to stain like other plastic containers do. But we will buy other materials when we get the chance, despite them not locking.

The entire container is clear and it looks really different from other products. My son wanted to test it so we put soup inside and he shook it as hard as he could. No mess at all! I like that you can see what's inside and the unique vents are interesting but we don't have a microwave to try it out. I like that you can see clearly what is inside. The one downfall, and the reason I gave it 5 stars, is that it's difficult to open. I guess that's the price you pay for it being air tight but I could see it being a problem for some people.

While they are great when they are new. The lids start breaking at about one year. This is without any abuse, and top rack dishwasher. I bought myself and my daughter in law large sets. The clips that hold the lid on start breaking about the same time, Some of the lids cracked up bad.

I bought a set of these for my dad several months ago. However, I don't keep my receipts for things like this. It worked fine... until it didn't. Now the lid refuses to come off. My dad is in his 80's. I finally got the lid off. The lid LOOKS fine. I put it back on and sealed it, and once again, the lid won't come off. I put the lid on the other container, and confirmed that the problem is the lid, not the container. I came to the website to see if they could give me a replacement (at least the lid), but their warranty program requires a receipt. Sigh. I cannot recommend these.

Just for the test we tossed around the container while full and even added obstacles not a drop was spilked. It's durable and just absolutely perfect for my every day use. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I used this product to store leftovers from supper to take for work the next day which is what it normally would be used for. I was happy to note that once the leftovers were in the container and in the fridge that there was no smell coming from it and the lid sealed well. Heating the leftovers up was great and the vents worked well! I like the idea of this container but found the price of it in the store I was finally able to locate it in a little higher than what I would be willing to pay.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I first learned of this product when chosen to review it. By the product name and look, I thought it was a glass container. It is actually a thicker plastic than most food containers and a little bit heavier, but not too noticeable. I was happy to see that it is BPA-free, and also is microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe. I stored chili in my Brilliance container. I put my trust in the seal and held my full container sideways. No leakage. I felt much more confident now and turned the container completely upside down. Nothing happened. It was awesome. You can see how tight the seal is. You could throw the container into a bag and not worry at all how it is sitting and if it will leak. I was a little hesitant to microwave it with the lid on because the seal is so tight, so I loosened the top a little bit, but didn't experience any issues. I did find that the container got quite hot, and that my food didn't heat evenly (one side was super hot, and the other side was lukewarm). After finishing my meal, I soaked the container as I normally would, but I could see right away that all the sauce was getting removed. After a washing, the product looked good as new, with no sauce stain. The only issue I have is the price. However, after usage I can tell this is a quality product, and if after multiple uses it continue to fulfill all of its claims, it is well worth the money.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I got my Rubbermaid BRILLIANCE container from Shopper Army for testing/review purposes and I'm super glad I did! The new line of containers from my old friend Rubbermaid is fabulous! They look fantastic, and are easy to use. The seal keeps even the runniest of liquids from leaking, the microwave vents keep everything clean and splatter free, and they hold up to punishment from the dishwasher AND the freezer (I froze some lunch to keep it fresh and it doubled as an ice pack to keep my other food cold!) The 3.2 cup container is big enough for my lunch, and we liked it so much we bought the 8 piece set which includes a 9.6 cup large container for hubby's big construction worker lunches. He can take my homemade stew to work on cold days with no more lunch bag messes. They also stack neatly in the cupboard or a lunch bag. I'm definitely recommending these to all my friends ❤

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t think there was anything special about this container other than the handle design. It’s lightweight, but to me, that didn’t translate to a good thing - it just feels incredibly cheap. I’m not impressed. Since the container doesn’t feel very strong, I stored things in it that I wouldn’t be sad if they get ruined (i.e. the container cracks) - cucumbers, apple slices, etc. As I said in my glass container review, my one compliant is the plastic handles and the corners - they’re really awkward. Additionally, the design of the mismatched corner shapes don’t make sense to me. They’re easy to grab, but the suction is so strong (which is a good thing, in a way) that they make the container slip out of my hands. Overall, I think this product is an interesting venture for Rubber Maid, but this specific container within this line is a complete miss. I would not recommend it to anyone.
