I was excited to try out the Rubbermaid Brilliance food container because my current food containers have really let me down (from leaks, food not lasting that long, containers getting damaged from microwave use). Well, let me tell you, this particular food container by Rubbermaid is amazing! My food lasts longer and is much fresher, they work great in the microwave, the clear containers are great to see what's inside and there is no problem with using these in the microwave. I am definitely recommending Rubbermaid Brilliance to everyone I know, and I am throwing out all my old containers and replenishing my cupboard with these ones!

Filled it up with water when I got home just to test it out and no leaking what so ever I definitely recommend this container to people would be great for bringing soups and such to work for a nice how lunch!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these containers. So far I have only filled the tallest one, but they appear to be nice containers. The lids are solid; seem to lock and unlock easily. They look clean and nice on my counters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is an effective plastic container and helps to augment a set with matching lids to the glass containers. There is not as much differentiating these from other plastic containers, but the glass ones in this set are so nice that there is benefit to having ones with compatible lids

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This product is right for me! It's durable and has a lifetime warranty! Can't beat that! I use this product for putting my food into; especially the soupy kinds. The best part is that it won't leak if it's bumped around or squeezed because the container is quite strong and rigid; and there are two locking latches on the sides of the lid. Even though my fingers are yellow from chopping tumeric and garlic, the plastic won't stain or retain odours even if I use it with yellow curry.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a great container, it's well made and I love that it is leakproof with special vent technology. It's lightweight and didn't stain when I put various sauces inside. I used it to heat up some leftovers and kept the lid on which helped prevent splatters. I would buy more and use these as my regular containers if they were more reasonably priced. The only downfall is that you buy these individually and they are pretty pricey.

Very good quality containers. Quality plastic. Dishwasher safe. Great seal of the lid. Highly recommend to organize your pantry. Sizes are great for various things. Should last for many years. Better than OXO brand containers, the lid is more sucure.

We had these on our wedding registry 6 years ago & still use them to this day! These are convenient to store, durable & have a great airtight seal. They're easy to clean - just throw them in the dish washer! None have stained from red sauce & they don't get any sort of odor to them, no matter what you store in them! These are hands down my favorite food storage containers.

I bought these because I was making tv dinners and they say freezer and microwave safe. After purchasing I found out they cannot go from freezer to microwave. Have to let sit out for 20 minutes. Then when you microwave you can only do it for 30 seconds at 165 degrees then remove from microwave and continue that until your food is warmed. I have never had a microwave that goes by temperature, only minutes.Too much hassle and very misleading. These were expensive but I went ahead and bought because from the description they were just what I needed for meal prep. Now I’m stuck with them. Very very disappointed.

I am so sad to write this review; I absolutely loved these containers when first received and acted pretty much like a sales person showing everyone how they were ACTUALLY leak proof! Well that is no longer the case and while it appears the top is securely sealed it's not and allows for a steady leak when traveling with.
