I have already recommended it many of my family and friends and I love showing it off when someone comes over to my place. I would highly suggest this product to busy working mom's who definitely don't want to spend their important time cleaning up unwanted leaks. But then again no one wants to be in this position. I would recommend this product to everyone. I use this product to contain things that are either oily or liquid like soup. I love the fact that it has a tight seal. Not only it helps to avoid spills but also keep my food fresh for days. I can cook in advance and store my food without worrying about it spoiling. There are no cons. I have already purchased 6 more containers to store my dinner for everyday of the week. It's a must buy. You can't go wrong with this.

The Rubbermaid Brilliance food prep containers are that, brilliant. The clear hard plastic is several steps above your average container. It offers a locking lid that is very easy to secure and to open. No fear of splatters when trying to wrestle it open. Easy open, easy close. The containers are spill resistant which makes them great for on the go, no worries of spilling in my work bag. They are compartmentalized for easy storage with a larger and smaller side to keep foods separated. I am not a fan of my food touching so this is important to me! They are also stain resistant and microwave safe. Brilliant!

I love that it is clear so my kids can see whats in it and not just ignore it. The vents for microwaving are genius and also work to close the container with a perfect air tight seal. They are also easy for younger kids to open and close. It held up well in the microwave and dishwasher. No staining or warping. Would love to get this product in bigger and smaller sizes so i can get rid of all the other crapppy storage containers i have. Would definitely recommend this product to everyone.

I would say this one performed just as well, but would be better for someone who is looking for something that is more durable for on the go eating and food storage. It’s lightweight but still offers the same benefits of being leakproof, stain resistant, and odor resistant. It may not be the best container for someone with fine motor issues or someone with more frail hands because the lid is very snug!!

I’m not going to comment on longevity because I just received these. Right out of the box… I knew I made a mistake. An absolute design disaster! Do you have any idea how many nooks and crannies food is going to get into on these lids? What were you people thinking? if you get any liquids in/on the lid, you’re going to need a toothbrush to clean it and then even after washing it it will take a week to dry.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a great container! It is so sturdy and made of durable plastic, I can stack my containers anywhere and they won't squish each other. The lid stays on all the time. I like that I can go from fridge or freezer to microwave to dishwasher. They are the perfect size to hold my entire meal when I go to work. Honestly though...I am not a fan of the price. I can't imagine buying a cupboard full of these. But it sure is nice to have 1 or 2 for soups.
