Including things like work clothes, exercise clothes, bedding and old towels. It leaves them soft and with a very mild fresh sent. I haven't noticed any irritation or redness after using the things I have washed, so the sensitive part seems effective too. The clear and easy to understand ingredient list on the back of the bottle is very nice. All in all (no pun intended), it is a great detergent that gets the job done and keeps my family comfortable, and I would recommend it to anyone who has had issues with being sensitive to other products. The smell isn't overpowering but has just the right amount of scent. I washed a load of darks with cool water and during the wash cycle I did open my washer to see if there were any suds, which there was. Yes I know suds don't mean clean but to me it does. After the cycle was complete, I smelled my clothing and it has a faint amount of smell, a pleasant smell. Also, my clothes came out nice and clean! I did have a couple shirts that I dripped ice cream on and they came out clean! I highly recommend this product. ( all sensitive fresh in the scent of Spring Breeze).
