I have had several issues with the watch and have yet to hear back from the seller. I like a lot of the features, but I will most likely return it if I don't get a response.

I owned the Instinct 2 and it was OK but harder to see info on the watch face. My new one is lightweight, comfortable and colored information makes this a great watch!

Absolutely love watch. One major short coming is that it can't be untethered from phone like Samsung smart watch 6, my other watch. Garmin battery life significantly better than Samsung.

I bought this a month ago and some features do not work well. The volume on the music feature does not work while running and it doesnt work well with “any kind of wireless earphones” (as people at the store said)

I have been using a Garmin Fenix 5 for years and enjoyed it, but decided it was time to upgrade to a touch screen model with the more recent capabilities. I am thoroughly enjoying the Venu. Just wished they offered it with stainless frame.

Very happy with my choice. One issue the setup with the golf app disappeared and agonized when my watch and phone would not pair and found no help from Garmin. But found a if I eliminated all bluetooth items it allowed the watch to pair.

At my 52 years, after several years with Apple and exercising more daily, I have found in Garmin a lot more features to train, rest and get accurate health data.

It meets my changing needs perfectly. growing older means less concern for the items that my old Fenix provided such as tracking improvement in athletic activities, and new health concerns are met perfectly.

I have been in the market for a smartwatch for a while now and even as an “Apple Guy” I was not a fan of the Apple Watch. I wanted something that was more durable and was able to give me all the features I need. Could not be happier.
