I love my new Garmin, but the battery lasts half as long as my Vivo Active 4 and the speaker for calls is very bad.

Not clear on changing the face of the watch. Not the cost but doing an update but it's updated already

I was skeptical that my Venue would replace everything that I liked about my Apple Watch. I’ve been presently surprised that there is nothing I really miss from my old watch and many things I really like about it. I really like the Battery Life!, better screen, looks, comfort (much lighter in my opinion) training and activities, challenges etc. What it doesn’t do that the apple does that I don’t miss: Apple wallet. Don’t really need to use my watch for boarding passes etc. always have my phone anyway. maps, frankly I always hated that when navigating it killed my battery life.

It checks off the most boxes for what I want out of a watch within my price range, but quality issues bring it down. I had to have my original watch replaced due to a known issue with "mushy" buttons. Now my watch is incapable of accurately measuring the stairs climbed due to a barometer issue.

The first time I wore, I was surprised by how light it felt. The strap too is very comfortable. I love the display. And the menu is well organized. I can get to whatever I want quickly. I like the morning report where it shows details about my sleep. Compared to my Oura ring, the watch is not good at identifying sleep stages. Hopefully, Garmin will come up with a better algorithm. Beside sleep, I use the watch for my run and breath work. For these two activities, I’m very satisfied.

If you’re buying this for insight into your sleep just stop right there. They get it wrong almost all of the time. You tell it when you normally go to bed and wake up, and it gives a poor output based on that. Are you watching tv after “bedtime”, it thinks you’re in light sleep. Do you nap during the day? It doesn’t recognize it. If I get up in the middle of the night to pee it thinks that’s when my sleep starts even though I’ve been asleep for hours leading up to it. It does such a poor job at figuring out sleep they should just remove the feature so as not to disappoint people looking for that info. 0-0 would not recommend.

Very much anticipating this smartwatch with a wealth of features for both Health & Fitness, but now also really good Smartwatch-Features (like calling on the watch)! This is by far the best watch I ever had and I can wholeheartedly recommend this watch to every Health, Fitness and Smartwatch aficionado! Sleek design too and long battery! Excellent Watch!

I love this watch! I work in EMS working 24 hour shifts. This watch is durable and perfect for battery life so I don’t have to take my watch off mid shift to charge it. The battery can last me up to a week before I have to charge it. The fitness/running features in this are top notch. The sleep analysis features have helped me to learn my sleeping patterns and how to improve my sleep. This watch is completely customizable.

I mainly use the watch for running and sleep tracking. I'm not too concerned about the accuracy of the measurements, but it is reasonable and in line with my previous measurements on other devices. The battery life is great, since I don't have to worry about it being out of battery every day. I do charge it once every few days during the time I shower, so I'm not too sure about the exact battery length without charging. The watch is also stylish, and overall, I don't have anything bad to say about it :P
