Good cut of meat

First time trying this style of bacon and I do believe it's a good quality. The only thing that I don't like is that it reminds me too much of the taste of pastrami. I do like pastrami but I guess I was looking for a different type of flavor. I wasn't expecting your typical bacon, but I don't know...just something about the pastrami similarity I didn't enjoy too much. Overall, I think it is a good bacon so 4 stars.

Absolutely the best tasting bacon ever. There is so little fat and unlike anything you've ever had.

I exspected it to taste more like the regular bacon. It taste more like ham. I like the size. It can cover a piece of bread.

Excellent in many ways, Great taste, far less fat,grease than strip bacon, great price. Really love this bacon.

European style bacon has less fat than American, but tastes more like our bacon than Canadian or turkey bacon.

It looks great in the package and it says "bacon" but to me it should say "ham". It's basically sliced ham so I was disappointed because it didn't taste like bacon.

Great bacon. Flavor and cooking ease mKes it a staple now.
