Not the bacon flavor I was wanting more like a ham steak.

These are great! I like to portion them out and have some on hand for easy egg and cheese sandwiches. Very tasty and convenient since they cook up quickly.

Not what I hoped

Hemp lard bacon is the only bacon we buy now, with a great smoky flavor and low amount of fat this is the bacon you crave. It elevates dishes requiring bacon, even by itself the flavor is elevated far beyond most bacon on the market.
