The kareoke machine was a big hit!!!!! Everyone in the family had a great time singing. It was the most fun we've had as a family in a long time.

Grandchildren loved it. Glad it is at their house.

This is going to be a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, so it has no been used yet, but it arrived in great condition, my husband and I set it up and pre loaded some songs for her so that it will be ready to go on Christmas Day, so far....so good!!!

Nice, but kids wanted the "other" one with lights. The model SDL 9039 made a better visual impact with the 10-and-under set, or at least it did when a niece got the 9039 and we played with them side by side. Probably returning to Sam's Club to get the other model. Kids these days, so picky. lol-jk 2018-01-03

The mic volume doesn't work well. You have to have the music up loud in order to hear the mic.

I am extremely unhappy with the fact that the only format you can use to play songs is MP4. For anyone that has Karoke CDs already or digital karaoke songs in mp3g format your music will not work with this player. You are forced to buy their songs from their store. I did find a way to convert songs to MP4 and will be purchasing the software so that I don't have to give the Stingray company any money. Other than the song format problem the system seems to work well with the few times my daughter has tried it out.

I bought this item for my Christmas present.but I am very disappointed how does it work.first I have to buy each song for $1.99 and download it to usb.second,they don't have my favorite song.third,when I tried contact customer service,it take more than 10 minuets to wait.i want to return but it's too many parts separated and repack it.
