The controls are straightforward, with clear cycle options for everything from delicate clothes to bulky bedding. The drum is spacious, which makes drying large loads or comforters much easier.

Awful. I will NEVER buy another Samsung dryer. We bought last year's model in May 2024. Did not purchase the extended warranty as that is not usually necessary for dryers. One month after the one year warranty expired, the dryer would light up but not run. Paid to have the Tension Pulley replaced so that the belt would work. It did for for about three weeks. Same problem. Replaced the Blower wheel thermal cutout. It last 1 or two loads and would not run three days after the repair. We now have to buy a new dryer. A contractor we have used said that Samsung appliances that deal with water are not good. Our repair people said that Samsung refrigerators are terrible No more Samsung appliances for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 7.5 cu. ft smart electric dryer is wonderful for drying king-sized comforters. I have the dryer linked to the SmartThings app so I get notified that the dryer has finished. Today I used the REFRESH steam function to freshen up some drapes. Such a great feature! I have been pleased with all of the options available and have been very happy to own this machine.

This is an update to my previous 3 star review. So my dryer ended up working after all. It needed to reset overnight. By the next day mid afternoon I did another diagnostic test out of a whim and it was back to normal. I am very pleased. I then canceled the service request. Thank you 🙏

This washer has constant issues. 3 days of having it, the dryer would stop and say duct clogged. Nothing was in the vents it’s a brand new dryer. I can’t finish a load without it constantly giving the error. Had this for 6 months now and same errors.Do not buy this machine waste of money.

Sorry, service actually matters...alot. DO NOT buy anything from Samsung. I took time off waiting for this product, along with the washer and a refrigerator. Two weeks after I was supposed to get it...nothing. I have asked for it to be canceled multiple times...nothing. Make sure to read the comments and listen to horror stories. Samsung DOES NOT care!!!!

The vast number of feature is a bit overwhelming, but is easy to find what we need and has thus far done a great job. The app is nice, but it would be nice if it had more of a live interaction with the dryer as in what the dryer sensors are detecting.
