Very tasty but injected with too much H2O

Smithfield's Center Cut Hardwood Smoked Ham Steaks 3-pack has the best flavor and least amount of fat out of any Ham Steaks we have tried. My whole family loves when we make these and we never have leftovers. The ham is tender and has the right amount of smokiness. I love the 3-pack because it is easier to rotate out meals for the month and easy to cook for a fast meal.

I purchased 1 3 pack of ham (and other items) and did the Sam’s Club pickup. Once I got the items home I noticed 1 of the slices of have was completely ripped and the meat was bad. I returned the pack of ham. They let me replace the ham with another pack. I throughly inspected this pack and it LOOKED good. 4 days later I tried to prepare the have for cooking when we could clearly smell that all 3 slices of ham were bad. I’ll never purchase the sliced have again. Haven’t had any issues with any other products only this one.

I've been buying Smithfield ham for years. It was very good but no longer. The taste is bad and even the smell when cooking is not pleasant. I will never buy any Smithfield ham again. The company is owned by the Chinese now and it is not the same quality. Very bad.

We buy these all the time and they are a great Plan-B meal. They defrost fast and cook quick under the broiler. I didn't think they were overly salty. With other saltier hams, we've soaked them in water for a bit before cooking to remove some of the salt. As far as customer service, we had one ham that seriously wasn't right. I messaged Smithfield via their web page and they apologized for my bad experience and sent me a couple $5 coupons in under 24 hours. I think that was excellent customer service. I'll continue to buy these hams :)

I buy the package of 3 and freeze them in 3 separate freezer bags and I that one out at a time for dinner for my husband and I. The price allows us to have a nice dinner each time at a very reasonable cost. Make with butter noodles and a nice marinade sliced tomato and enjoy

These are way too salty for me. Hubby likes things salty, and he even said these were too salty for him. The only way these were useful for me was to cook them in a ham and cabbage dinner with potatoes, carrots, onions and celery. No need to add any salt because of the ham. Used them up in this way, but will not buy again.
