Personally, I feel the newborn size is better for smaller newborns. The good attributes to this product is the cut-out and the leak indicator. They leak too often for my liking.

The umbilical cord cut-out was so great for my newborn. It fit perfectly around her umbilical cord area. The diapers also never let her leak out. These are great diapers for newborns!

I bought these for my son when he was born. I love the way they are stretchy and the cord cut out is great. It kept my baby boys belly button dry and safe from rubbing on anything.

My son is a week old and so far these diapers have been amazing. Pampers don't fit him that well and don't hold like these do. I will not switch as he moves up in sizes...

The little snugglers kept us from having late night accidents. We used a different brand in the hospital and continued to use them when we got home, but our little one was constantly waking up in a wet crib. Once we switched the problem stopped!

I have tried a lot of diapers on my 2 month old. Snugglers are the only ones that he did not leak through! I also love how the line changes color when we has gone. It helps out a lot being a new mom!

This product compares to Pampers Swaddlers, but is a bit bulkier than those. However, it does hold up overnight, absorbs most of the urine that is produced, and keeps it away from skin.
