This is our first Tempur-Pedic. A bit of an initial learning curve for getting on & off, but you can teach an old dog new tricks! Very pleased with firmness & sleepability thus far. Have gone through a hybrid and a standard construction model over the past four years. I think we have found our "holy grail". (Pillows are next)

I replaced my 11 yr old Tempur-pedic Cloud with the Luxe Adopt Soft. I am 100% satisfied with how thus mattress contours to my body yet doesn't loose it's shape. Stays firm even if it's the "soft" model. My hip pain went away and thdcqyslutg of my sleep has improved significantly. I would buy it again and recommend it.

I have had my TEMPUR-Luxe Adapt Soft for 3 months. I love how it supports my Lumbar Spine and molds to my body even when I turn in my sleep. I love how I sleep straight through the night and wake up refreshed. It stays cool; the mattress doesn't warm up, so I don't wake up because I am hot/warm. This is my first TEMPUR PEDIC, and I am really happy I purchased it.

Just received my mattress about a month ago and might I say, It's absolutely amazing! It's a huge step from the mattress I had before. It's soft, comfortable, and it feels just right. With me having to walk around everywhere in the city, working out, etc, this mattress is exactly what I need from a hard day of labor. The mattress I had before the LuxeAdapt didn't compliment the way I sleep so I had rough nights trying to get comfortable and stern. I'm a side sleeper so it compliments the way I sleep it's like I needed a LuxeAdapt. I'm thankful!

The firmness provides excellent support for my back, and the "TEMPUR" material molds to my body, alleviating any pressure points. It took a few nights to adjust to the firmness, but once I did, I woke up feeling more refreshed and without any aches or pains. However, if you prefer a softer feel, this might not be the best option for you. Overall, it's a worthwhile investment for anyone prioritizing quality sleep and back support. Do not buy from temperpedic. The new lineup of beds they offer are no longer of the same quality they use to provide. There are many other options from other companies that are by far superior than temperpedic. It's sad because they use to provide a great product. Unfortunately those days are gone.

We think the quality of Tempur mattresses are excellent. We had a Tempur in France for many years. So we were familiar with your product and wanted another. However, we think that it is a bit harder than we thought. It took 3 weeks to be acceptable and a bit softer. I personally have back issues and am not sure this is the correct firmness for me.

We purchased this bed and were very excited about it! It was definitely very firm the first month, but we waited for it to break in as recommended by Tempurpedic. Then, before the return window we went into store to ask about it and they said it takes 1-2 years to break in. We decided it keep the firm mattress and a year in it's still very hard. We've reached out to tempurpedic and they recommend turning up the thermostat (we are already in the recommended range) or buying a mattress topper, but the mattress is already 13in and sheets barely fit. Plus we spent a lot of money on this to purchase more accessories. Overall, I would say the mattress doesn't break in, so if it's too firm at the beginning for you, it's not going to change, and I feel the tempurpedic sales people were just trying to get us to buy the most expensive mattress and keep it vs one that worked for us.
