I bought another mattress that just didn't provide the comfort and support I needed so I decided to take the plunge and upgrade to the Tempur luxeAdapt Soft. I am so happy that I did. It is very comfortable and soft, but supportive as well. I don't wake up with painful shoulders or back anymore!

I would not recommend this product to anyone. After my experience with their warranty department, I actually wouldn't recommend TempurPedic products at all. I submitted a claim and provided the pictures they requested. I get a response saying that in order to qualify for a replacement, the sagging would need to be 3/4" or greater. I think it's comical that they can confidently determine that based on a picture without sending an inspector. When I expressed this, I was told that in some instances, they would send out an inspector for $150, but my product doesn't meet guidelines for this.... The indentation is significant enough to cause my spouse pain on his neck and back.

If I could give this mattress 10 stars I would! My husband and I slept one night on our LuxeAdapt mattress and it was the BEST night sleep we ever got. I also suffer from back pain and this mattress made my pain go away. I did some research and found out that the TEMPUR material is infinitely adaptable, responds to your body temperature, adapts to your weight and unique shape, giving you personalized support for undisturbed sleep. I honestly don't have anything negative to say! This is one of the best decisions my husband and I every made so if you are on the fence I highly recommend this brand and mattress!

Needed a softer mattress to replace the firm one now that we are older. This does the trick but getting a sore shoulder sleeping on my side. Getting better with time. My wife had had no problems sleeping on her side. Very comfortable laying on my back.

This was our second Tempur Pedic and we love it. We purchased and received it the very next day. The salesperson at Mattress Firm in New Braunfels was very profession and answered all our questions honestly and the installation team were also very professional.

This is my first time owning a Tempur-Pedic mattress and the hype is all real. My husband who has back problems, feels instant relief, and I've noticed we sleep much deeper with this mattress. We have the firm mattress and it gives us perfect support. We look forward to sleeping in this bed every night!

My mattress, Tempur-pedic lux adapt 2.0 is too soft, and very hot. It also feels like I'm rolling downhill or that I have to climb to up to get to the other side of the mattress, because I feel like I need to make sure I don't create a. Because my impression stays in the mattress. While I like a plush mattress, this is on the antique vintage side of soft. You are not supposed to sink in to a brand new mattress and be so hot to give me some help. And yes, it does matter where you buy this from because Ashley won't talk to me until Tempur-pedic does their warranty thing and they can't come look at it until August 7 of 2024. Today is May 27, 2024. The mattress was purchased and delivered on April 20th 2024.

I didn't realize how much sleep (or lack thereof) was affecting my daily life until I purchased this bed. I just assumed many people struggled with sleep and it was just a part of life. Boy, was I wrong. I've only had my soft split California king LuxeAdapt mattresses for about three weeks and already my husband and I can tell a difference in our sleep hygiene. My husband has a diagnosis of degenerative disc disease, which is why we made the purchase in the first place. After purchasing our new bed, now we both wake up feeling more rested and less sore from aches and pains. I just thought aches and pains were part of being in my 30s. Evidently, I was wrong. I love that this bed is able to mold perfectly to my body in order to form a layer of comfort that is reminiscent of what a cloud might feel like. Thank you Tempur-Pedic! I look forward to many tranquil nights of sleep with my new bed.

I had the original Tempur mattress for 20 years. I wanted another just like that one. I found too many to choose from I got the pro adapt hybrid it was nice but not the same. I talked to someone at tempur-pedic and told them what I wanted as close to the original. They said said lux- firm. So I traded in the hybrid and got the lux-firm. It's not the same but close. We love it so much and the zero gravity is great for the base. We get a great night sleep now.
