[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible! I wouldn't give it even 1 star! Took a month to get our bed; then wrong foundation was given; then can't be returned! Also, bed took a month to get delivered & received a stained defective CA King Split bed! It's been over 10 days & no status on bed replacement! Also, reaching customer service is like like pulling teeth! You wait on the phone for 30-45 min; they either hang up or gets disconnected. I have reached customer service only after relentlessly calling & then most times they can't help or they refer you to a manager; then to be disconnected! No white glove delivery; spent over $8k for a bed & foundation & just a horrible experience! And they over charged us twice! We are still trying to get our bill corrected & the bed replaced!

Within a few nights of sleeping on this mattress, the majority of my pain has subsided. My husband and I both wake up feeling more rested, and with fewer body aches and pains. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the original Tempur-pedic for almost 20 years, but I wanted something softer for shoulder pain (side sleeper). We went to a soft, less expensive department store brand (how different can they be?), but within a couple of years, my wife and I woke in pain every day. We went back to Tempur-pedic and found the LuxeAdapt model. We chose firm (wife's preference) but the luxe top was still soft enough for me. We noticed the difference immediately: we both sleep in comfort and wake without pain!

We had to rotate it every month. What a pain! So, we decided to get another Tempur-pedic and what a difference. It's worth the money.

We ordered our TEMPUR-LuxAdapt Firm online. When the plastic cover was taken off our mattress at delivery, we were hit by an overwhelming odor - we learned this is "off-gassing." We were unable to sleep on our mattress for several nights. We called customer service several times and were told this is rare, and we were initially told the odor would be gone in 24 hours. That really didn't help. We were offered a replacement but were reluctant because we thought we might face the same situation again. We opened the windows (good thing it was a warm September) and took off the sheets every day for at least two weeks. We followed the recommendation to walk on the mattress, pound on it, take off the zippered cover and wash it. The odor diminished, but it was at least three weeks until it was odor-free. We are finally sleeping very well and love the support TEMPUR-PEDIC gives, but we think the company has been remiss in not including any caution or warning that off-gassing is a possibility. The mattress that arrived and the mattress we have now are completely different. It was a labor-intensive process that I suspect could have been avoided if the curing and quality control had been done at the factory level.

I can not express how satisfied I am in my purchase of this Tempur-Pedic bed worth every cent. I have never slept so comfortably and well ever in my life. No buyers remorse here, I strongly recommend this to everyone who is thinking about getting one I wish I would of made the leap a decade ago.

It was time to replace it, so I bought into the notion of another competitor - dual zones to adjust for individual needs. I suffered for two years with thar competitor's bed. Tried adjusting it countless times but still woke up with a sore back every night. It just does not give the same support that tempur-pedic beds do. Since the very first night on my new tempur-pedic bed my back pain has gone away and sleeping through the night. So grateful!

Admittedly, my wife and I were somewhat hesitant to buy a mattress online without trying it out first. The more reviews we read, the more convinced we were that the Tempur-Pedic was exactly what were looking for. We are happy to share that the Tempur-Pedic has exceeded our expectations. We no longer wake up tired. It is so refreshing when first going to bed and sleeping the night through is the rule, as opposed to the exception. Our only regret is that we didn't buy a Tempur-Pedic sooner.

This is the most wonderful and comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It is perfect. I have always had back issues but with a recent injury I was waking every hour in pain. I actually sleep and it is amazing. I was worried soft would be too soft but firm hurts. This is soft in that there are no pressure points. It absolutely supports me with comfort. I highly recommend it and am so happy I didn't just buy something online without trying it.
