Main problem is the sound of voices where the background noise is high, such as football games. Would like to have more control over the picture rather than just choosing presets.

We feel we have a great entertainment center. We love the 65 inch tv and all it's features. We really like viewing Netflix and some great movies and Stories with several seasons ago nd episodes. Whether on cable programming, settings within the LG programming, or connected to my computer it performs as advertised and more. In summary: A great TV at a reasonable price that far out performs any TV we've ever had. It's the best!

The remote is so poorly designed that the microphone button kept interfering and a female voice kept piping up with suggestions for viewing, and I was not interested in talking to it. Destroyed the microphone button to stop it. The picture keeps blanking out to an unwanted screensaver mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The OELD55BXAUA is an absolutely superior TV; Sharp, clear picture, easily adaptable settings, great sound without the need for a sound bar. I had a few questions on the setup which were addressed quickly via chat so I'd rate their customer service excellent.

Just bought our second one about a week ago. These are the best televisions on the market imo. Clear, sharp images, great sound, easy to use. The colors are spectacular. There is also a great variety of apps. There is not a single aspect of it that needs improvement.

Most of our viewing focuses on the cable channels, but I've done some mirroring with my computer and viewing many of the LG channels that are part of the array of entertaining features. All in all, I will buy LG in the future!

Many built in features such as Disney + and Netflix. The only complaint I have is about the remote, which does not appear to have a "Prev" or "last" button to allow you to switch back an forth between channels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a month ago. Unit was very well boxed, easy to setup,and connect external devices. Unfortunately, the Magic Remote has little or no information and required several phone calls to understand all the features and operations. Because the type TV usually has multiple external devices, DVD, VCR, SOUND SYDTEM, etc., the remote should be multi- device programmable. The cost of this TV definitely warrants a better and more universal remote. I purchased a good programmable remote, very inexpensively, online and was able to eliminate 5 other remotes. LG should step up and support a very good TV with an appropriate remote. F

We chose this TV after researching several brands and reading current reviews from different sources. We are very happy we did. The picture is outstanding and it has very good sound quality, good enough we have currently refrained from buying a sound bar.
