[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Denon receiver with 5.1 sound. I'm using an ethernet ARC (eARC) cable. Often, when I used the Input button on the remote, my eARC connection isn't listed even though my Denon is set to Cable/Satellite. Usually, turning both off and back on fixes the probem. This is frusting and is my only complaint. The TV displays an excellent image. I'm using a good, outdoor mounted antenna, a Tivo and an Amazon Fire 4K device (another device using the eARC that's finiky.

Bought the TV on May 27, 2021. Originally worked well. Now the TV will simply go black while we are watching it, sometimes coming back on by itself, other times we are required to reset the entire system. We did swap out our cable box to eliminate that from being the cause, but it has continued to do the same. Of course, it is out of warranty, so we are left "holding the bag".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had not a new TV in a number of years so moving to the latest OLED technology was a real eye opener. Even old programs and movies are so much sharper. The sound is good and certainly could be enhnaced with a sound bar. We were able to take advantage of the Promotional bluetooth speaker but that did not really help the sound it did give it another dimension but it depends on the movie as to whether it helps or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my OLED55BX for about two weeks and it has fantastic picture quality and very good sound quality. Set up was easy and quick. My only complaint is with the remote control. The “pointer” goes away after about 10-15 seconds and you have to shake the remote to get it back. This may not be a problem once you are familiar with the operation of the TV and channel selection, but when you are trying to figure out what you want to click on to go to or watch, it's very frustrating to constantly have to shake the remote to get the pointer back. Also, the pointer tends to “travel” when you can keep it on the screen. Several times I ended up with the front of the remote 90 degrees away from the screen as I tried to move the pointer to where I wanted it on the screen. Other than the remote, it's a great TV!

We chose this TV after researching several brands and reading current reviews from different sources. We are very happy we did. The picture is outstanding and it has very good sound quality, good enough we have currently refrained from buying a sound bar.

And the OLED display glows with excitement. My family now living overseas and here when first seeing it, all claimed it was better than anything they'd seen in their extensive travel. All my devices can speak to it with a uaeful breadth of diverse results. A litany of features are easy to access. No, I don't work for the company; there's no connection. I just love this product!.

We immediately noticed the vibrant colors and definition that weren't on our older television. We use an over the air antenna and stream through the internet so our feed is not from cable or satellite and I consider the true colors and definition we see is as it was intended by the source. Great product if you want true colors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought two sets in February. The features are exceptional. The colors are bright and true and no distortions. I continue to have difficulty in attaching DVD and CD players. I will have the Geek squad help me set up. As a senior citizen. I am bewildered by all the options. It would be helpful for a tutorial on the web to walk me through the various settings. I am sure I am not using the TVs to their full potentials. Very happy with both purchases
