[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While watching 4K scenes shot indoors that use natural lighting you feel like you're there. Lamp light and natural light coming in through windows etc feels real. On my 7 year old HD LCD tv these scenes, watching the same show, were dull, lifeless and murky.

I love the OLED! So crisp and beautiful. It took some tweaking with the internal settings to get the picture just right, but once I did that it has been phenomenal. I've also been really impressed with the native sound from the TV, much better than any other TV I have experienced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV 1 year and 2 months ago, I know have a black line running through the center of the TV. Guess the moral of the story is "your must buy the warranty ". The manufacturer will only back their product for 1 year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lg oled bx a month ago and a red vertical line showed up on the screen. Third party Repair man says it needs a new panel. Its been two weeks since he started working with lg to get it fixed and I havent heard anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous television was a Samsung which held up well and had some wonderful features. My LG By far has out performed it with the OLED picture. I only wish I had gone one size bigger but I held back and wish I hadn't. The advanced technology allows my phone to send content straight to my tv that has been very handy when I have had guests. Best on the market for home entertainment.

Bought the TV on May 27, 2021. Originally worked well. Now the TV will simply go black while we are watching it, sometimes coming back on by itself, other times we are required to reset the entire system. We did swap out our cable box to eliminate that from being the cause, but it has continued to do the same. Of course, it is out of warranty, so we are left "holding the bag".

I bought this tv last February and it has not worked correctly for a couple of months now. I called for warranty repairs several times and got a new repair number every time. However no one ever called to do the repair work and I ended up returning it and purchasing a different brand tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace a 12 year old plasma of the same size. The plasma was just old and had nothing wrong with it. The new OLED has a fantastic pictures, excellent features, weighs less and was extremely easy to get up and running.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this tv is outstanding, I purchased this to replace my 5 year old Samsung that had pretty much stopped responding to the remote. The TV has a lot of features in settings for sound and picture and so much more. The remote is a bit busy with all the buttons but does not take long to get used to and it has a curser which makes putting in passwords for apps a snap. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it should have come with a get started quick guide for the remote and tv but other than that I love it.
