The tv repair company said this TV in particular is know for this issue. It still has not been fixed. It's kind of crappy to buy a brand new quality tv and have it break immediately with no hope of having it fixed anytime soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the LG OLED55BXAUA for less than a year and experienced some issues that reduced my confidence in this product. The tv froze and shut off when switching between inputs. I had it repaired but then a new issue with screen noise appeared. So far it's working fine after the second repair but I don't trust it will be reliable for long.

Last time tv would not turn back on. Returned to retailer. I have had LG for twenty years so I bought the CX model and hope this one is trouble free.

The picture quality is outstanding and the slim sleek design of the television makes it modern for any dwellings. Our family likes the features as well of this LG TV and that is the voice recognition remote. The sharp contrast and pitcher called he blew us away when we first plug to the television. It's safe to say that we will definitely be shopping with LG television brands in the future. This television is perfect for movie watchers gamers and pretty much anybody else in between. So if anybody is looking for a great picture quality television with great features check out LG in their lineup of television.

Exactly as advertised. Took a few days to get used to the remote and functions but that is to be expected. I am glad I upgraded from 1080p to this TV. Excellent picture, sound, ease of use and setup. Very impressed!

This TV is crispy clear. The picture, light and color is so pure and beautiful. Just very pleasing to the eye. Fantastic quality and the perfect size, not too big not too small it is big enough for sure.

I bought this OLED 55BX cause I needed a smart tv and wanted a great tv that would last. The features are great and very easy to navigate through them. I recommend this tv for a great picture and easy to operate through all its features. I also recommend going with a LG products cause they last.

The picture is amazing and what was a huge selling point for us was that our TV is in a corner of the living room and unless you were sitting directly in front of the TV you would not get a good picture. With this TV, no matter what angle you are sitting, you get a full picture and don't lose any of the clarity and quality. There are many features that make it a truly smart TV, still learning many of them.
