[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the LG OLED55BXAUA for less than a year and experienced some issues that reduced my confidence in this product. The tv froze and shut off when switching between inputs. I had it repaired but then a new issue with screen noise appeared. So far it's working fine after the second repair but I don't trust it will be reliable for long.

The LG OLED BX is a great tv. The picture is perfect. It up scales all of the inputs so the picture is very clear and bright. The WEBOS is not the best but I have not had the problems of slow loading other people have complained about. I would highly recommend this to any one.

The television is an awesome smart TV that is easy to navigate and has awesome picture quality that is great for movies and regular television too! It's great for action movies and all other movies with great speed as well as the picture is so clear and you can see everything! The remote is very easy to use as well and you can use it like you would a mouse as well which is cool! I would definitely recommend this tv to anyone looking to get one for themselves. My family loves the new tv and we watch a bunch of kids movies which have awesome colors and they look great as well as we watch Marvel movies and in this tv they are so much better!! I also use built in Alexa ti turn on the tv and find shows I might be looking for nd it works great! I also use the gallery and have many awesome pictures that show up on my tv all the time and the way it is set up in my room it fits perfectly and looks great.

Very happy with this 55" TV--the visuals are amazing and you almost feel like you can reach out and touch the people on the screen. Sound is great too. The remote is a bit strange and I could do without the "mouse" type pointer but I guess we'll get accustomed to it eventually. It's a good thing that there are lots of good YouTube videos on setting it up because the instructions that come with this TV were nearly non-existent and their on-line manual sucks as well.

Exactly as advertised. Took a few days to get used to the remote and functions but that is to be expected. I am glad I upgraded from 1080p to this TV. Excellent picture, sound, ease of use and setup. Very impressed!

This TV is crispy clear. The picture, light and color is so pure and beautiful. Just very pleasing to the eye. Fantastic quality and the perfect size, not too big not too small it is big enough for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lg oled bx a month ago and a red vertical line showed up on the screen. Third party Repair man says it needs a new panel. Its been two weeks since he started working with lg to get it fixed and I havent heard anything.
