So when she noticed the sharpness and quality of the HDR output it was obvious that this television delivers amazing picture quality. I've owned plasma and LED TVs and this is, by far, the best picture quality I've ever seen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in anticipation of buying the new-gen consoles. The picture is great and having the 120hz refresh is crazy nice. I stopped using the new Chromecast as well because I like the tv's built-in software. However my only complaint so far, (A month after owning it), is that I cant seem to get the tv to work well with my google home. I finally after several hours of tinkering got the homes to turn it off and on. I would like to be able to tell them to play something on the tv so I do not need my chromecast all together. A small hitch in an otherwise great television.

(This is the first time I have ever described a TV this way) it is sleek, sexy, and the performance is unparalleled. I have owned other smart TV's but by comparison this TV is a Super Genius. Every feature is so intuitive and easy to use. I love when the settings automatically switch to Dolby Vision when the source is optimized for it! So far, no complaints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is awesome! The picture is exceptional and the TV is super thin, so it looks great in our family room. The sound quality is great, too. It also has a lot of "smart" features that are pretty cool, but most importantly, the picture is amazing! The smart remote is also pretty cool.

TV was purchased and installed, worked wonderfully for an entire year. We use a variety of content, game and movies. Very little has static content. We do use the device a lot. Paying this amount of money, we expected a longer life out of this TV. About a year in, we started seeing a box in the center of the screen, taking up about 60% of the screen. It was ever so faint, but could be seen clearly on yellow/red colored full screens. Now there are tons of shades that show wear and tear all over. At this cost I would expect something with a better usage life but this does not seem to be the case. I think OLED is beautiful, but burn-in seems to be a legitimate issue for those that use a TV on outside of "normal" usage paatterns.

Had a older plasma that was high end in its time but this thing is a whole different level. Picture is stunning and beautiful and I kind of knew that would be the case . What I didn't know is the sound that emanates out of this thing is really good and the different sound settings are excellent . What I wanted was no wires no pairing needed this sound quality for this TV is way above expectations and would satisfy most people on its own it fills the room with that 40 watts of power when needed . You could add speakers of course and make it even better but they are fine for us . The remote and the interaction with the TV is a huge improvement . The thing is like a mouse and really simplifies and makes it easy to use all the functions on this TV . I see bunches of TV but these are really top notch units but they are pricey . The software the processer the picture and sound are really nice and should be good for a decade or more . So glad we bit the bullet and got this . The simplicity of the remote with the smart TV make it super easy to use the functions easily .

It has so many features & choices i am still getting used to them.....the pictur, e the sound, ratios, etc etc depending on what am watching, it is quick & easy to perfect everything to crystal clear! A neighbor exclaimed , "What a picture!" as she glanced into the room! Truly amazing color, sharpness, depth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking at the comparison between the BX and CX at the time and I went with the BX since it was cheaper. I really love this tv for gaming and it looks amazing playing on the PS4 Pro and PC. My only gripe is that the HDR mode sometimes work on PC but sometimes it tears screen a little bit. Other than that it's an amazing tv and it's worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my TV about a month ago, and I must say, it's the best TV that I've ever owned! The colors are absolutely stunning and the sound quality is just as good. I'm a gamer and it makes my Playstation 4 Pro and Xbox look better than any other display that I've ever had. The only thing I would do to improve this TV even more is make it a little brighter. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
