[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 55” BX OLED in October of 2020 from BestBuy, everything looks amazing and works phenomenal, other than an occasional glitch where the bottom half of the TV has vertical lines like half the TV is not functional. A simple turn off for an hour (enough time for the pixel refresher to work its magic) and it is back to normal, has happened twice now.

The only thing that can be improved on is the availability of apps. There are quite a few that are not available. To make up for this, I also have an AppleTV 4K connected. Any apps that I cannot get directly on the tv are available on my AppleTV 4K

So when she noticed the sharpness and quality of the HDR output it was obvious that this television delivers amazing picture quality. I've owned plasma and LED TVs and this is, by far, the best picture quality I've ever seen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is awesome! The picture is exceptional and the TV is super thin, so it looks great in our family room. The sound quality is great, too. It also has a lot of "smart" features that are pretty cool, but most importantly, the picture is amazing! The smart remote is also pretty cool.

TV was purchased and installed, worked wonderfully for an entire year. We use a variety of content, game and movies. Very little has static content. We do use the device a lot. Paying this amount of money, we expected a longer life out of this TV. About a year in, we started seeing a box in the center of the screen, taking up about 60% of the screen. It was ever so faint, but could be seen clearly on yellow/red colored full screens. Now there are tons of shades that show wear and tear all over. At this cost I would expect something with a better usage life but this does not seem to be the case. I think OLED is beautiful, but burn-in seems to be a legitimate issue for those that use a TV on outside of "normal" usage paatterns.

We have Spectrum cable so the only 4k we can get is streaming from Netflix and Amazon Prime. Sound is very good and see no need for a sound bar. Takes a little time to get used to all the features. Really like the magic remote. We are very happy we purchased this tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The colors are true and have depth, unlike non-OLED TV's. This was well worth the extra price. Mounting is also easy since the TV is so thin and therefore lightweight. The use interface is relatively intuitive and did not require a manual to setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first OLED tv and it makes me question why I never went OLED in the first place. From design to build quality the BX is top notch. When I first turned it on I didnt expect the PQ to be this good but I was blown away by how beautiful the color's and black level's were. Just stunning. I had a choice between the CX or BX and I went with the BX because it fits my needs perfectly and I am glad I did. The days of owning LED are over. I tip my hat to LG because this is the pinnacle of tv displays.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in anticipation of buying the new-gen consoles. The picture is great and having the 120hz refresh is crazy nice. I stopped using the new Chromecast as well because I like the tv's built-in software. However my only complaint so far, (A month after owning it), is that I cant seem to get the tv to work well with my google home. I finally after several hours of tinkering got the homes to turn it off and on. I would like to be able to tell them to play something on the tv so I do not need my chromecast all together. A small hitch in an otherwise great television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my TV about a month ago, and I must say, it's the best TV that I've ever owned! The colors are absolutely stunning and the sound quality is just as good. I'm a gamer and it makes my Playstation 4 Pro and Xbox look better than any other display that I've ever had. The only thing I would do to improve this TV even more is make it a little brighter. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
