Cheating on a full pound size, just 12 oz. The first two I bought both had just ONE variety of lettuce. Probably since newly sourced in Kentucky, very early in spring. Will not buy again. I go thru 1 pound every 10 days.

This spring mix stayed crisp beyond the expiration date, much longer than the previos brand.
