It's a nice addition to our living room. Big piece of furniture but love it. It's sturdy and great quality. I loved that you didn't have to install it, it came put together minus the fireplace insert. It's by far the nicest fireplace I've seen on the market after looking for awhile now.

The fireplace comes packaged well.I mean really well. I am still cutting up the box and packaging to throw out. I have already filled the garbage two times. Even with the great packaging, it has a couple scratches and scrapes. The worst one is on the back at the bottom (fortunately that is against the wall) and another on the side. It comes with wood colored markers to fill scratches. I love that this came assembled It is beautiful.

Great quality furniture. Fits perfectly and looks great in my living space! The cabinet windows are tinted so you cannot showcase anything. It will work well for storing dvds. Soft close drawers and doors are wondeful. I wish the heat from the fireplace projected more. Other than that it's worth the price.

I bought this a month ago & we love it.. the heater works wonderful heats up living room super fast ,the special effects & color that you can change for logs & flames are beautiful..only thing i wish it had was speakers for music to be bluetooth too ..great purchase ..thanks sams club of gulfport ms for a thank you bag of goodies they gave me for shopping there

Beautiful fire place but the heater only worked the first 5 mins and hasn't worked since.. called the manufacturer and they said since it's a newer unit they haven't had any problems with it and they would have to look into it and didn't really seem too concerned to help fix it.

I bought this 2 wks ago and love it. Very nice piece of furniture. Seems like good quality. Very heavy. I also like the drawers with the automatic shut. That's a nice feature. The instructions state it will heat up to 1000 sq ft but I don't think so. I'm not able to operate with the app. No big deal b/c there is a remote but you have to be fairly close to use the remote.

Bought this product a month ago and got it home took it up the flight of stairs open up the box took it all out and there was a little tiny bit of damage to the front curved part. About a week or two later decided to call it in since we paid 600 for it and the service manager there told us to just bring it back even without the packaging. We took it back and had no problems getting a whole Nother brand new one and it was perfect. Excellent customer service at Sam's Club

This is a wonderful addition to my livingroom. Makes it feel warmer just looking at the fire without even turning on the heat. The heat is wonderful and helps when the temperatures drop. The fire is relaxing to watch. Made solid and very well, many options. Love it!

I've had this fireplace for about a month. No complaints so far. Came mostly assembled - just have to place the fireplace insert into position. Fireplace gives off a lot of heat, and the flame options are warm and inviting. Really like the height of this furniture.

This has been a fabulous addition to our downtown apartment. It creates a very cozy atmosphere. The cabinet is solid and has a rich finish. Good storage space on either side with soft-close doors. Holds our 65 inch tv perfectly. Only caveat - make sure you have strong help to unload and uncrate the fireplace. It's quite heavy and has serious crating to protect it. It is far superior to other similar products we have seen at some other big-box stores. And it is priced lower than those other products. VERY happy that we bought it!
