I purchased the Anderson Electric Fireplace about a month ago and it is everything we wanted and more! It was delivered in just a few days. The delivery people were very professional and helpful. The fireplace came almost completely assembled. It was packed so well there was no danger of it being damaged. The cabinet is beautiful. The fireplace is so easy to operate with the remote. It has a great deal of storage space including two drawer at the top for storing remotes, etc. There are cabinets on each side of the fireplace for storing your dvds etc. There is an awesome space for holding the DVD player, the cable box and all the needed equipment. In addition to all of this, there is a storage drawer under the fireplace! Wonderful value and a great piece of furniture!

I shopped for 6 months for an electric fireplace. I'm so happy I did!!! This one looks so real and ‘rich'. The firebox is larger than any others I could find and the media storage is perfectly distributed! Especially like the 3 drawers for hidden storage for remotes and controllers. I have used it every night without the heat and my dog looks majestic laying in front of it. I live in AZ, so I might be able to comment on the heating feature in January, maybe. Definitely recommend :) 5 Stars

Just as expected... very nice piece of furniture. Fireplace looks beautiful... very high quality.. better then in most local furniture stores and for less!

We love it! The weather is getting cooler, it nice to have a cozy fireplace to keep the room warmer. Perfect for our den, elegant & adds character to our room.

Got this a week ago and just now got the TV set up. I was afraid that it would make the TV to high for comfortable viewing but not so. Love the fireplace and the slow close doors and also the slow close 3 drawers. It's a large piece of furniture so make sure you have the room. Also very heavy (260 lbs) so I have it on coasters for easy moving when necessary.

We have had this for about a month now. This was easy to pick up in store and was packed very well to avoid any damage. I love just turning it on just for the cozy and relaxing ambiance. Very well make piece of furniture and the fireplace puts out of nice amount of heat or you don't have to have any heat at all.

We can't say enough great things about this piece. It arrived perfectly packaged as other reviewers had mentioned. It looks & feels like a much more expensive piece. Soft close doors & drawers are a nice touch. Heater is nice but only seems to throw the heat out about 3ft of so in front of it. You can also choose between different color of flames which is fun. We love it & it is perfect for out space.

This was easy to set up and has an easy to use app. We enjoy the warmth and ambience of an "almost" real fire. The heat would not be enough to warm our huge family room, but it adds enough that we know it is on. We enjoy watching the flames and adjusting the colors, and the timer is very convenient. The only things missing are the smell and the sound; I think that could be solved with burning a wood wick candle! My husband is looking for a smaller version for the master bedroom.

I really like the flames and heater features. The fireplace was very well packed so the cabinet had no damage to it. However, the left side drawer had the guide completely off the drawer. I had to fix it with longer screws. Luckily I had some in my basement.
