I bought my fireplace 2 months ago, the first one was damaged. The delivery guy took it back, got the other one about 2 weeks later. I love it, I bought it at regular price, noticed that it was on sale, call customer service and got a price adjustment, no questions asked. I highly recommend this tv stand.

I would love to write a glowing review, but Sam's is late on delivery again.

Purchased last year, love the look it give in the family room. However, remote controller and console very complicated to use. Did not get instruction booklet when purchased was missing and can not figure how to keep the heat on or how to operate controller for the heater. Tried searching in Youtube, Google anywhere in locating instructions. If anyone has a link on how to operate the heating element with remote please forward.

The fireplace is made very well and has a great finish. The fireplace console replaced a media center we purchased from a high end furniture store. The quality of this Members Mark Baylor console is far superior in quality. The only issue we had was the first box we purchased and brought home had hidden damage, the front top corner was crushed, we returned it and the replacement had no damage. I believe the fireplace should have more packing material to prevent damage.

We were looking for something to put our electronics to place it under our wall mounted TV. My wife suggested that we look at one with a fireplace in it. It has been much better than I expedited. The fireplace puts out plenty of heat for our room and it makes it much more controllable in the winter. It is a little noisier than I would like but not bad. It looks great and it easily holds our receiver, DVD player, apple TV, Alexa and Ethernet switch in the top area above the fireplace. The fireplace is very pleasant looking. The drawers are surprisingly spacious because the block on the outside is part of the drawer. The only bad thing was that it was damaged when we got it. it had a smashed back corner. I called Sams and they would give me $50 off for the damage. I took the rest of the packaging off and there was a crack in the upright on the top next to the fireplace but I thought we could work with that. I used the stain that came with the unit to darken the crack so it is barely visible now and the same with the top back corner. Both are barely visible now so good deal.

This fireplace is great quality! Very heavy and no assembly required. Even has soft closed drawers and doors which is a plus!

Bought this today and brought it home, but unfortunately the front panel was damaged. Had to haul it back and exchange. Piece of advice is to ask to unbox it before hauling home. Otherwise it's a nice unit.

This is absolutely beautiful. I loved that we could slide it out of the box and it was all put together. It didn't come in 3 boxes where we had to put it together. I understand extra shelves and instructions are underneath. I will check that out.

The fireplace looks absolutely gorgeous in our house. I love everything about it but the heater doesn't work any better than a small space heater. It says it will heat a 1000 sqft which my house is and it couldn't even warm up my living room after being on full blast for 8 hours. Very disappointed in the heating part.
