These cupcakes are beautiful and I was fooled by their looks. They were a complete disappointment. I purchased these for a birthday because they looked very well decorated. They cake portion was okay, it tasted like a dollar store mix, the worst part was the frosting....it was like eating very cheap frosting, with a lard texture. No one finished their cupcake at the event.

Don't let the looks of these fool you... these cup(chemical)cakes are horrible! Unless you like a yucky artificial taste in your desert, avoid at all costs. Please Walmart, either remove these completely OR use quality, real ingredients and increase the price by a few bucks.

This is not at all SAMS quality!! The cupcakes are moist and are awesome! The icing is a whole different story. It is stacked on top and twice the size of the cupcake. You cannot taste the cupcake if you eat it with the icing on it. The icing tastes way too sweet and just not good! Once you take the big blob of icing off, the cupcakes are delicious! I've never tasted that icing on any other of their products and never want to. You need to make a better icing but use it with the idea in mind that the cupcakes also need to be tasted.
