No Soy Lechitin which is great, no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. These are super great for baking but also drop some in your yogurt in your morning and you are good to do. They melted perfectly for a sauce I made with half of them, and the other half was perfect for some chocolate chip peanut butter cookies I made for my daughter and her friends. I would definitely recommend.
