They arent super sweet which was great. Once the coolies were cooled off, the dark chocolate was easy to bite into. Overall Nestle morsels are great for baking etc.

Trying the cups right out of the package, I found the large chips' flavor to be rich, with just a slight bitter after taste. Using them in a baked oatmeal recipe, the chips melting into rich, creamy little pools of chocolate that complemented the rest of the ingredients. I am looking forward to trying this product in other favorite recipes.
