I really enjoy using the Dark Chocolate Morsels. I enjoy the more sophisticated flavor and richness of dark chocolate.

I use these in my low carb baking. Great flavor, I eat them straight out of the bag sometimes because I can't resist

Cookies less grainy and better textured with these. The 1st ingredient is cocoa, not sugar and I think that is why the texture is better.
