I use these dark chocolate morsels to make your truffle recipe. They are easy to make and taste great. I divide the recipe into 3s and flavor each. then I roll in nuts, coconut, cocoa powder or sugars.

I've the Milk Chocolate for years and I just started using the Dark. I like it so much better. The dark really brings out the chocolaty flavor in cookies and breads so much better than the milk. It's all I buy anymore !!@

In addition to using the dark chocolate chips in cookies, I use them in my chocolate ganache. Lesser quality chocolate morsels don't combine smoothly with heavy cream reliably. Nestle's are always reliable an delicious.
