This is the best dessert. These dark pieces are the best. This is a long pan (13" x 9" pan) filled with the chocolate pieces cookie dough. It's wonderful!

I use the dark chocolate morsels for Christmas fudge. Cranberries and walnuts are my favorite additions to the fudge. This year I want to try orange extract in the fudge.

I bought the large bag of dark chocolate chips & have a big issue. Chips are not soft & not creamy at all - the are not edible. Made a big tray of brow pans now they are trash.

I use natural peanut butter (not processed with salt nor sugar). Do I need to add more sugar to the recipe? Also, I use old-fashioned not quick-cooking oats. Quaker assures me these are interchangeable.

Love these dark chocolate chips!! They are slightly larger than other brands of dark chocolate chips which I love. This means of course, that you get more chocolate in each bite of baked good.
