Never had this problem before. A 3 minute brown sugar and butter glaze poured over Ritz crackers, baked for 5 minutes at 350, after removing , sprinkled a bag of dark chocolate morsels on top, the chocolate "seized" and became grainy, never melted. After 5 minutes when it should have been soft to spread, it balled up. No direct heat was ever applied; just morsels on top of a 5 minute cooling pan.

love the dark chocolate Morsels they are so tasty would love to receive some coupons to help with the cost.

We have loved these chips for years but now the "new look" ones have a dusty white film on them, basically no taste, and don't cook the same. Definitely not the same as the old ones and we won't be buying these anymore.
