Healthy & delicious too. Says do not freeze but I've found it freezes well....dont even have to open package because the cardboard provides expansion room

I have been using these for many years now. Always high-quality. Make sure you shake them well before you use them. I do recommend that you use them by the “best by” date and do not freeze. Freezing them changes the consistency when you're trying to cook an omelette.

I love this product of egg whites. It's always fresh tasting and does well to replace the eggs for me with plenty of protein in my breakfast. I don't miss the yolk after eating this product with my spinach and cheese on it! Delicious substitution for whole eggs. And just as easy to prepare and clean up!

Really runny and more liquid than other egg white products used in the past. Couldn't make omelets with it which are our favorite. Easy to measure for baking and egg replacement in recipes

I have being buy this for about eight month now. It is very fresh and meet with expected quality and needs. My daughter does not like whole eggs and it was difficult for me trying to separate the yellow pepper par from eggs. But with this make life muxh easier.

I have been using these for over a year now to make merengue for my macarons. Yesterday I bought 2 boxes and they have apparently changed their process because they won't whip into a merengue at all... Not even close. Now I have 12 cartons of egg whites that are useless to me
