[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is amazing! We have been having it for several months now and love everything about it. I can't decide if I like the look or functionality better. The glass panels have a sleek look and are virtually smudge proof. The few smudges and fingerprints that were left wipe away with ease. One of my favorite features is the beverage center. I love that the water dispenser and pitcher are hidden behind a door. The self-filling pitcher is great. My daughter enjoys having water infused with lemon. Another feature I love is the bottom right storage space is customizable to be a refrigerator or freezer (and you can make these adjustments easily from your phone!) There is a lot of storage in both the refrigerator and the freezer. The ice bins are a little small and ice sometimes spills behind the bins. The fact that this unit make two different size cube makes up for the bin issue in my opinion. I do wish the shelves in the refrigerator where more adjustable so I could have more height. Overall, we all love this refrigerator and are very happy with the purchase!

The shelves are easily adjusted to fit your needs. The flex zone offers a section you can use as a fridge or freezer - change for a party and then change back! The beverage center is a dream - makes amazing ice! I LOVE that there is a dual ice maker with TWO different sizes of ice! The pitcher is a good feature to for refilling water bottles! It stays looking great on the outside because of the fingerprint resistance. Another cool thing is the SmartThings app - from your phone you can view the inside of the fridge, receive notifications and get updates to your fridge. Not only that, the SmartThings app can remotely control some of your fridge's functions. If your fridge isn't acting as it should, you can perform a factory reset on it as well. I couldn't love this refrigerator more than I do and it's taken me 50+ years to find it! :)

Love all the different settings it has. The beverage center is Great! Also like that it has flex zone so if need more refrigerator space can change from freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, very satisfied with the fridge, but it's not without a couple notes. First, all the pro's: - The water tastes great out of it, no complaints there. Each filtered fridge is a little different and pleased with this water taste. - I love the beverage center much more than I thought I would. To always have a pitcher of cold water has been great - makes refilling a coffee machine very easy. - I like the no-handle look - it's sleek and it's a little easier to match other appliances that have no handle but might be a different vendor. - It holds a good amount. This replaced another counter-depth and this holds a little more food. The freezer especially I wasn't sure about, but we were able to fit everything in there (using both the left and right as a freezer) we took out of the old one. - The accessories and layout of shelves compliment the fridge well and provide good flexibility to configure it the way you need. The challenges have been: - The finger print resistance is meh - it's easy to clean, but I don't think it resists them much. - Pay close attention to the height - it steps up and the doors are the tallest part. In the picture you can see the project we now have adjusting the cabinet above the fridge. It fit in the hole, but the cabinet doors can't open without hitting the fridge doors. - I still can't connect it to WiFi, it fails on the last step. I see it join my network for a couple seconds, then disconnect. I imagine this is solvable, but it's taking a lot of effort. Overall, very happy with the fridge. The last question will be longevity and hope that it lasts and can ventilate well being built into cabinets.

It fits a lot of food and the freezer section is well designed so everything is easy to find. The beverage center is so convenient especially with 2 kids. I love the auto-fill pitcher. I've been putting tea leaves in the infuser to make cold brew tea. The kids' favorite part of the fridge is the small bites ice. I have to admit, it's pretty cute. The control panel on the inside is intuitive and easy to manage. The custom panels make a big statement in the kitchen. It's the 1st thing everyone notices. It's nice to know that we can switch out the panels to a different color later on if we want to. The flex zone area is really convenient for when we need more fridge space and less freezer space. Overall, I love this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went from a smart fridge with a screen to this, and wondered if we would miss some of those connected/media features. But the reality is, we have so many devices around our house and in our hands, that it's nice for our fridge to just be a fridge again. Not sure if it was our contractor's fault or what, but the photos online make it look like this fridge can truly fit in flush with your cabinets, but they way it opens really makes that impossible. Not sure if other people have solved that, but that's the only bummer that it sticks out a bit when we really wanted it to be flush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty rad fridge, my brother thinks we live in an episode of “Cribs” now. Dual ice maker and flexible fridge are great as we have a chest freezer in the garage. We got the counter depth version and I'm glad we did. As you can see in the pictures it sticks out just enough to open the doors all the way, and with the large island we need the room there. Love the blue upper and gray lower panels, with the idea that we can change them in a few years if we want.

The beverage center is a very nice addition and the ice maker is vastly superior to our old Frigidaire. It is counter depth so I was a little concerned about interior volume but it's very spacious and well designed.. The fingerprint resistant Stainless is better than normal but still will show fingerprints. All in all this has been a very good purchase. I would add that the Smart Things App is a very nice addition to have. The best part is the two different sized ice cubes in the beverage center. Makes any cooling you need to do almost instant.

The water pitcher is great because it's full every time I come back to it. I can't wait to start using it to infuse my water with fruits! Opening that anrea without opening the whole refrigerator is so neat! The bottle/can storage allows me to grab a drink and go! Also, the two different sizes of ice in the freezer actually makes a difference! I can use the larger cubes for a cocktail and it does it melt quickly. The smaller cubes can go in my water bottle for working out. Also, this refrigerator is very roomy. I can fit so many things in here. My husband is a truck driver and takes a large lunch bag to work. The whole thing slides in the refrigerator with no problem. Because the freezer is two doors, I have all of my meat on one side and frozen fruits, veggies, and miscellaneous things on the other side. I am proud of this purchase!

I wanted to move the fridge a few steps out of the tiny kitchen into the adjoining dining room so I wanted it to look good. We are waiting to get all the panels we wanted but it will be worth the wait. Will look even better when a cabinet wraps it!
