[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For information on the App — I don't use it but my wife does. I don't see any need to use with the button options on the inside. A few things that I would change but overall still have five stars. When we first received the fridge our toddler didn't realize the height of the top doors and hit his head on the sharp edge of the open door. So maybe softer edges when open. The stainless steel is definitely not fingerprint resistant by any means. We end up cleaning this fridge daily because we have kids. The different ice option is really effective in our house. It could have been a designed a little better that it didn't overfill so then ice falls to the back. On a positive note, I gave five stars because overall it deserves it. The beverage center is my favorite component and makes grabbing a bottle of water or filling a drink so much easier. I also like that the flex zone can be changed to a fridge instead of a freezer. There's space for everything in this fridge. The style and look is super spacious and having no handles makes it sleek. It has added a lot to our household and our kids really like it. The flex zone is their own personal space. Family approved!

This 4Door Flex is ideal. It gives me the best of both worlds. Water/beverage center is inside the sleek glass door fronts for a modern clean look, In addition, the wonderful customizable panels so you can match your decor.

We bought the Samsung 23cu ft smart counter depth bespoke fridge and we couldn't be more than happy with that. The color fits perfectly wity our kitchen. The lines are clean and modern. It has 4 doors(5 if you include the bar one). So far so good! The delivery was fast and ok the spot. They were beyond nice and attentive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator about a month ago to replace a model from 2017 (another brand) that stopped making ice altogether. We chose this model for it's height (73"), appearance, and ice producing capabilities. The ice is incredible. Two sizes and always plenty of it. I have a family of five and we live in the desert, but i am confident this machine will keep up with us. Also, the beverage center with the pitcher has been awesome for filling up large water bottles quickly.

I wanted to move the fridge a few steps out of the tiny kitchen into the adjoining dining room so I wanted it to look good. We are waiting to get all the panels we wanted but it will be worth the wait. Will look even better when a cabinet wraps it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look of this refrigerator! The interior light is bright but easy on the eyes. I selected the matte grey glass. While it does clean easily I don't find it to be fingerprint resistant. This refrigerator is extremely spacious. We added clear bins to the bottom shelf for cheese and deli meats as there is no drawer for this which is a disappointment. We love the beverage center door and auto fill water pitcher. The freezer shelves pull out for easy access allowing you to use the full depth of the shelves without losing things in the back! The ice maker produces two sizes of cubes conveniently in the top bin. I have not yet used the Smart things app as I don't see a need to frequently monitor a refrigerator temperature. We do use the app for our Samsung range all the time so we may find it useful in the future. I have not changed the flex zone yet but anticipate this to be useful at holiday time when prepping for large meals. It's only been a few weeks but so far I am happy with this purchase and would recommend this product.

I never knew what an important part of our house this product was until we changed what we had! I'll go step by step with pros and cons based off my/our opinion on this! SmartThings App : I am the only one in the house with the app. It is easy to use and convenient if you need to change the flex zone or lighting/ice options. I was able to adjust what time I'd like the lighting to be dimmed at night when opening the fridge, which I think is a nice feature. Another considerate option is to not make ice at night, which isn't very loud anyways but, I turned it on because it seems to make too much ice that the tray gets too full. You don't need the app to change the flex zone, so in general it's not really needed. I have young children and they like to leave our fridge open for longer than it should be and the app alerts me if this is done and also alerts me if the door is closed. The door app I'm not sure if I'd rate as a pro or con but mostly pro I suppose so it's never accidentally left open! Capacity: Overall I have no complaint about capacity. Pro is the Flexzone's ability to not just be a freezer. My toddler wouldn't be able to reach the top fridge so we turned that into his own “baby fridge”. So for him this was world changing to have his own little fridge to himself. For me I'll just change it back to a freezer if needed. Beverage Center : I think the beverage center is so snazzy and helpful! It enhances the capacity to hold more and provides more options! Dual Ice Maker : So this is more of a pro, I love that there's two kinds of ice and ice bits are great. It does get overly full and when you scoop it out, it tends to fall in the back which a con. This should be able to be adjusted to make less ice. I don't even want to know how much ice has already fallen behind it. Fingerprint resistant stainless: My real only con on this fridge. By having little ones this happens often. So it does sort of have less fingerprint marks but they still are prevalent. I'm hoping if we change the door panels to a different color this might be a better option. The fridge does clean up easy enough though. This isn't a big enough deal to not recommend. A big pro in my eyes and something noticeable about this fridge is how it doesn't have door handles, I believe that makes it look so sleek and modern. Overall love this

It fits a lot of food and the freezer section is well designed so everything is easy to find. The beverage center is so convenient especially with 2 kids. I love the auto-fill pitcher. I've been putting tea leaves in the infuser to make cold brew tea. The kids' favorite part of the fridge is the small bites ice. I have to admit, it's pretty cute. The control panel on the inside is intuitive and easy to manage. The custom panels make a big statement in the kitchen. It's the 1st thing everyone notices. It's nice to know that we can switch out the panels to a different color later on if we want to. The flex zone area is really convenient for when we need more fridge space and less freezer space. Overall, I love this fridge!

I have not owned a refrigerator that you can customize the aesthetic appearance of it so it will match to your kitchen color wheel! I love the space and how you can adjust some spots of the shelving to suit to your needs. Lots of compartments on its own purposes. I love the self refilling pitcher so much! I don't have to worry having a cold water to be refilled each time! Having the drinking water set inside the fridge is just fantastic for is having dog who knows how to get by on everything! Ice maker is great, ice cubes are always replenished well to the point of when scooping out some ice it may fell some of it on the back although not a big deal. Two separate freezer and helped me a ton to organize well which of which goes. The other freezer can be customized to your liking, it can be w freezer or just more refrigerator space. I love the drawer type space it had designed! Easy to look into your foods without forgetting your food that got pushed into the back! And I have not mentioned the SMART FEATURES ! This had saved us a ton of not shutting the door fully and our phone will notify us the we left the door open! How cool is that! And on the top of that, you can customize the temperature of your fridge and freezer! Like you really have the control just thru your phone! It was very easy to set it up and only took me within 10mins or even less. Definitely very well worth it!
