The look is elegant, there's plenty of space, food stays crisp and fresh. I love my purchase!

We bought the Samsung 23cu ft smart counter depth bespoke fridge and we couldn't be more than happy with that. The color fits perfectly wity our kitchen. The lines are clean and modern. It has 4 doors(5 if you include the bar one). So far so good! The delivery was fast and ok the spot. They were beyond nice and attentive.

I saw it in a Korean drama last year, I wanted it so bad. The beverage center is my favorite. The adjustable shelves are very helpful and roomy. Many colors to pick from, the glass panels are easy to clean and look great. The double freezers are perfect for my needs; one side keeps all ice cubes and eye masks, the other side keeps all frozen foods and pizza. Plus, shipping company did a good job to set it up for me and took away the old fridge. I have no complaints. You won't be disappointed.

Easy to organize contents and we are really enjoying the flexible features. We chose Samsung because we have had good luck with several Samsung appliances in the past, and we are very satisfied this time, too!

This is the first time we've ever been able to keep our items organized in the fridge and freezer. Many great features. The only thing I would change is space between shelves to accommodate tall pots/ items .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this BeSpoke refrigerator a little over 3 weeks ago. I ordered it with all four Grey Glass panels and they look REALLY sharp! The installation process was flawless, watching the installer attach the front panels was great, I now know what to do should my wife decide on changing the color layout of our kitchen! LOL. The fridge is about 28 cubic feet and when you open it, you see every cubic inch, there is SO much space in this fridge. I love it. There is some room for adjusting the clear class shelves which feel substantial and well-built. The multiple cooling zones are terrific in the main upper half of the fridge and I love how the lower right part of the unit can serve as an extension of the refrigerator or freezer. The icemaker took about 2-3 days to start to show significant amounts of ice and it's really cool to have the option of having regular ice or the little "bite" sized pieces. The beverage center is amazing, the pitcher with the auto-fill feature is spectacular. Once you pull out the pitcher and dispense water, when you return it and closer the "hidden" door, it fills almost instantaneously! The water dispenser is easy to handle, although sometime my boys will spray water everywhere when they get close to the top of their cups (my fault for not supervising that lol, I know!). The smart features of the fridge include adjusting the temperature in the refrigerator area, turning the icemaker on/off, and being notified when the water/UV filters need to be changed. You can also adjust the temperature of the crisper drawers to mimic the ambient temperature set in the main compartment or customize for meat/veggies. The inside panel that shows all these features is neatly tucked away on the inside right corner of the fridge. Setting up the device on my wifi was a snap through the SmartThings app on my phone. I think incorporating a UV filter for less friendly smells in the fridge is spot on! Additionally on the inside, Samsung has included bright LED lights which illuminate the inside of the fridge beautifully. Overall this beast (just mean the size) of a fridge has been worth the investment, we are SO glad we got this fridge!!! The BeSpoke Refrigerator line functions like a higher end refrigerator for sure!

The auto fill pitcher is amazing and I love having two options for ice. My only complaint on the ice is that sometimes you lose some pieces out the back when scooping. For overall storage the refrigerator fits everything I need and I love how I can customize the temperatures of the flex door and crisper drawers via the app. Overall I am very impressed with my Bespoke 4 door flex refrigerator by Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family couldn't be more satisfied and happy now that we have the french doors style model over the pull out drawer style. The aggravation of digging items from the bottom of the freezer is a thing of the past, accessibility is now. Our favorite feature is the beverage center where we have a pitcher of cool refreshing water at all times. I liked the placement of the water when you can easily replaced it. I don't know how the UV deodorizing filter works but it is a nice feature.The stainless steel panel inside provides contrast in my opinion instead of the dull white appearance. The quick access door is a nice touch when you can retrieve your favorite beverage with ease. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel doors eliminates the constant wiping which can tiresome to some. I do not need to open the refrigerator to change the settings on the control panel which I can do in the SmartThings app. We loved the auto ice maker and volume of ice on the trays are more than enough for my fur babies who loved ice cubes for a treat.

There are a few things I love about the refrigerator and a few things I would change. What we like: -The flex zone, allows you to choose what temperature works best for your household. We have a garage freezer so limited freezer space was not an issue for us. -the beverage zone. I love that it is hidden inside the door. No spillage marks down the front of the fridge. The pitcher is a great touch. -Counter depth. We love that it doesn't stick out as much and makes the kitchen feel bigger. -Large refrigerator area. For being counter depth, there is plenty of space in the refrigeration area. -The ice bites. Mini ice cubes are perfect to fit in any container you want including water bottles, a great addition. Things I would change: -The Smartthings app. It does not serve a big purpose. The only thing I would use it for would be to change the temp of the flex zone but I can easily do that on the fridge itself. It's one of those apps that will be the first to go when you need space. -The ice trays. I love the idea of them and the scoop is great but they spill ice every time you try to take some. We have had the refrigerator a few days and I can only imagine how much ice is hiding under the freezer drawer by now. Overall, it's a great refrigerator. I'm really happy with my purchase and I would recommend it.

The lighting inside is awesome and the dual ice makers are neat. The auto fill pitcher gets used more than we expected and is a nice touch as well.
