This fridge is absolutely beautiful and meshes so well with the design in my home. What I love about it is that I can change up the panels if I ever wanted a different theme in my kitchen. I enjoy the dual ice maker, with the wifi controls. I love that I get alerts on my TV and phone if I leave the fridge door ajar. It has been a splendid experience since receiving the Bespoke fridge. One of the most exciting appliances I've ever had the pleasure of owning. Setup was a breeze and the panels are really easy to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has been great so far, have really enjoyed some of the things that make this fridge unique. It looks so good and love the huge shelves inside. The doors also hold a lot more than I thought they would. I really like the 4 door look and function. The anti-fingerprint finish does help to reduce smudges from touches and gives it a nice shine. I love the hidden door to the beverage center, makes it so easy to grab a drink or a snack. I find that the beverage center helps me to drink more water throughout the day since it's there so easy to get to and perfectly chilled. You can also infuse your water with fruit with the built-in pitcher. Of course, you still have the standard water dispenser to get water in your cup. The ice maker is great, really cool that you get two different types of ice. Linking your fridge to the Samsung SmartThings app is really easy and allows you to control fridge settings such as temps, ice makers and FlexZone. You can make these changes from anywhere, you don't have to be home. The FlexZone is a really cool idea, you can adjust the temperature in that one zone to be just the right temps for fruits and vegetables, meats, drinks, regular freezer or soft freeze. The app also tracks energy usage, it's cool to see how efficient this refrigerator is compared to average usage in the neighborhood. I'm blown away at how little power it uses. The fridge is really quiet and does a great job of keeping everything cold or frozen, in other words it does its job and it does it well. I would recommend and I think you will be impressed, Samsung has done a great job.

Right now I am using the meat setting and it keeps meat wonderfully. The upper refrigerator is at a great temperature for the rest of the products. I love the water pitcher and am drinking more water at home! The fingerprint resistant Blue Steele is beautiful and really finger print resistant!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is really customizable with the different types and colors on the panels. Panels are easy to replace. The water center is pretty useful, you can empty the jar and it will replenish by itself pretty quick and with cool water. The freezer is better organized at the bottom with the individual drawers, 500 times better that a single big bottom drawer. The two different types of ice is a home run and the capacity is great, I don't miss at all the door dispenser and all the mess if implied.

The aggravation of digging items from the bottom of the freezer is a thing of the past, accessibility is now. Our favorite feature is the beverage center where we have a pitcher of cool refreshing water at all times. I liked the placement of the water when you can easily replaced it. I don't know how the UV deodorizing filter works but it is a nice feature.The stainless steel panel inside provides contrast in my opinion instead of the dull white appearance. The quick access door is a nice touch when you can retrieve your favorite beverage with ease. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel doors eliminates the constant wiping which can tiresome to some. I do not need to open the refrigerator to change the settings on the control panel which I can do in the SmartThings app. We loved the auto ice maker and volume of ice on the trays are more than enough for my fur babies who loved ice cubes for a treat.

The auto fill pitcher is amazing and I love having two options for ice. My only complaint on the ice is that sometimes you lose some pieces out the back when scooping. For overall storage the refrigerator fits everything I need and I love how I can customize the temperatures of the flex door and crisper drawers via the app. Overall I am very impressed with my Bespoke 4 door flex refrigerator by Samsung.

I literally never have to refill the water jug. Bonus!!! We changed the panels to white and my kitchen looks fabulous now!!! However, it was exciting to receive our new Samsung BESPOKE 4-Door Flex fridge! The 29 cubic feet is not the larges fridge you can buy, but the way the interior is designed, this fridge feels huge. We chose the navy steel color for all four panels, which gives it a slight navy color. The look without handles is so sleek and upscale. I love the two ways to get water, including the pitcher that allows you to do infused water. The ice maker in the freezer is unobtrusive and having it create two types of ice cubes is extremely handy. I was leery about the side of the freezer, especially since the lower right quadrant is a flex space, but the deep drawers and sliding shelves make it very easy to access and store everything. Since having this fridge, two friends of ours have now purchased their own BESPOKE fridge, and one even got the matching stove as well. It really is a very high-end appliance, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a new fridge!

After a year I can say that as much as I love this refrigerator I hate is just as much. To replace the water filters you have to move your whole refrigerator to turn the water off before you can add the new water filter. If you do not you will get water sprayed EVERYWHERE. Another thing I hate is that the water jug does not always fill. about 98% of the time it does not fill. That started around the nine month marker however by the time I was able to see if it was covered under warranty, the warranty lapsed. Now for the lings I love, I love the bright lights, how all four doors open, how one of the compartments can be a freezer or a fridge, the draws on the bottom pull out which is amazing, and I LOVE the space.
