I purchased this product a month ago, it was very easy to assembly, however I wish it had an option to install castors?

Over 3 months to arrive from time of order. Delivery was cancelled by carrier the morning scheduled. When finally delivered several weeks later, carrier was to uncrate but didn't. Shelving components arrived damaged.

I had previously purchased one of these shelves. They are ideal for my use. I would have rated five (5) stars except for the delivery. The warehouse failed to load my shelves for the initial delivery date which caused issues since I had emptied the garage so the units could be delivered and set in place. I had been told when I inquired that the units would be uncrated and set in place. However, I assumed assembled but was told not assembled when delivered.

We love this shelf! We did some research on some of the best shelves out on the market right now and we went to a few stores to look at options as well. This was our favorite for sure! We really love it and I think it looks great too. Well-made and a thing of beauty! Who could ask for more?

I bought this product about 5 months ago. I absolutely love it. I have it situated in my basement as additional storage since I don't have much in the way of attic space. The unit is very sturdy and is holding up well to all the containers I've stuffed on it.

These shelves are very similar to some Husky shelves that I bought but I like how the cross members for holding the metal shelves in work a lot better on the Gladiator. They are quick to put into place and once there, they don't move around like the Husky ones do. Overall, they are heavy duty shelves and just what I needed for my shop.

I bought two shelving units. I had them delivered because I don't have a vehicle in which to move them. I also wouldn't have been able to lift the packaged product. However, once I opened the package up, each individual part was easy to lift and maneuver. I put both together by myself. Directions were easy to follow. It did help to have a dead head hammer. I am very happy with my purchase. It would be nice to have earthquake brackets available. I made my own solution.

Very impressed by packaging and ease in assembly! Completed units are very sturdy and look great in newly painted garage. Considering ordering a third unit to replace 2-36"x72"x18" units recently purchased from another manufacturer. GLADIATOR quality far surpasses comparable units offered by Kobalt when compared side by side.

The box was heavy when it arrived, but that's what I'd expect. It was easy to put together, even by myself, taking maybe 30 minutes. Holds heavy stuff as advertised, and I don't have any doubt about the claim that it can hold 2000 lbs per shelf. It's currently holding heavy car parts, and the shelf doesn't wobble one bit like some of the cheaper alternatives. I plan to purchase another one to organize my garage and help keep it clean and tidy.

Such a breeze to setup, I did it by myself. Maybe took 10-15 minutes. The materials are very clean looking and very strong. I'd have to worry about the foundation of the house cracking from the weight before I'd have to worry about this rack bending.
