After reading reviews and shopping around, I bought 2 sets of these shelves: one for my parents and one for us. We assembled my parents' set first. I was thoroughly pleased with the quality of the product and ease of assembly. My husband and I were able to put them together in less than 30 minutes. A storage organizational job I thought would take all day ended up taking less than 2 hours. These shelves hold boxes of books and other heavy household items without a problem, no bending or sagging. Since we had such success assembling and organizing with the first set of shelves, I assembled the second set myself (my husband was busy and I didn't want to wait). It took a lot longer, but was possible. I would definitely recommend having a partner for this job. For reference, I am an avid DIY-er, and am a 6'1", strong, middle-age woman. The style of this product is "industrial." It looks right at home in the garage or storage shed or possibly basement, and storage area. I am so pleased with this product, we are considering other Gladiator products for our garage organization.

I bought this yesterday, assembled it today and i really like the look and heavy duty feel of the shelf system. So much, in fact, that I plan to buy another one very soon. The 24' deep shelves hold so much more than the 18" deep shelves. Allowed me to get lots of big vintage car parts sorted and stored quickly.

Bought this unit yesterday, had a hard time finding one in stock , but finally found a store that had them in stock! I love this shelving unit! It's big , strong and very sturdy. The best part was not tools neede for assembly, did it myself in half an hour! Great product I highly recommend. A bit pricey , but worth every penny!

I have had this rack for over a year now and love it. They are easy to assemble and set in place. The rack looks great as well; classy for sure.

I have purchased two of these units for my garage. Easy, quick assembly. Very robust. I would purchase a third if I had room. Highly recommend.

I just purchased 2 of theses units and they are great so far! Easy to assemble, look great, and sturdy. I have only had them for about a week, but absolutely would recommend them.

We got three of these delivered to our office today. Super nice quality, no tools required at all, good solid welds. Assembly was easier than stacking legos.

After looking and looking you just can't get the quality shelving that was sold 10 years ago that did not need the bracing from rail to rail, with that being said for the money these were the best I could find and they will do a great job.I do wish I could buy just 1 more upright support and all the parts needed to add a few more shelves either 4' long or the same 77" long without having to buy another entire unit.

Shelf is very heavy duty. The shipping weight is 162 lbs. No tools needed to assemble but a rachet strap might be handy if you have issues putting the support members onto the shelves. The customer service is great; One of the end units had a bent in the support brace. Called customer support and they dispatched a replacement unit. Happy to see a company stand behind their product

24'' x 77'' x 72'' shelving unit. They were in high demand, had to work a little to get them ordered, but nothing too hard. Delivery by JB Hunt was great - they were very pleasant and the unit went together without a hitch. Only took @ 20-30 minutes and is very sturdy. I did on my own/60 something year old lady.
