Like similar reviews there is a plastic smell to it which now I believe that it just overheats. I bought this a year ago and had not really used it. I made a chicken once and it does not fit in there. I had to cut off portions of it to fit in the rotisserie. The fry basket would continually get stuck so I had not used it in a while. Since the quarantine we started using it more frequently to make chicken wings and bagel pizzas and a few steaks but nothing else and it ended up overheating. It started short circuiting with the lights flashing and making this ticking sound next think we know it started smoking and completely shut off. Very disappointing since we did not use it enough for a full year, never got to dehydrate anything either!

I've had this for a month and love it! ‘Fried' chicken is awesome. as is the fish. Our potato puffs, French fries and hash browns are better than our favorite restaurant's, And it's perfect for frozen egg rolls....things I'd normally drop into a skillet. And the clean-up is so easy.

I bought this two months ago. I love all the features... rotisserie, shishkabob, wire racks and basket. Has a drip pan to catch any drips. I use this several times a week. Clean up is a lot easier than my other air fryer. I have cooked fish, chicken wings, Corrnish game hens, chicken tenders and pizza.

I would always hear my mother talk about her air fryer and couldn't figure out all the hype. I get it now. The day I got it we cranked out 8 lbs of catfish and I was truly impressed. The food was good and NO GREASE!!! I would give 5 stars, but am unable to because the rotisserie is kind of on the small side for my family.

I was so excited to try this. The oven does everything I expected. Cooks and crisps fries, tater tots, cheese sticks, and nuggets like a dream. I just wish I would have gotten the larger 8 quart model so I could get it all in at once. awesome investment!

I bought it a month ago and use it almost daily. I love the rotisserie, basket, and skewers. I find it a bit difficult to get food on the skewers and then the skewers locked in place. The cookbooks are basic so I get ideas elsewhere. The components are easily cleaned. The grocery coupons do not fit my needs and I have been unable to use but a couple. Disappointed in the selection of coupons. I wish I had bought the family size unit so I could spread things out better and cook extra for leftovers. I use spray or parchment paper for many foods so they won't stick to the racks. My food cooks evenly and thoroughly in half the time. Loving it! I have 3 friends that will purchase one because of my recommendations. I chose to add the instant pot to my order. My daughter loves it!

It makes perfect meat or any meal all the time. I love to make chicken fry and pork chops and other frozen meals. It's perfect to reheat left overs pizza, they taste like a recent maded. But, my concern in this kind of air oven fryer is that is a kind of messy everytime you're going to put food especially meats in an out. You need to put paper towel or a rectangle pan in front to put meats outs if not your counter is gonna get all greasy. I think is the type of oven fryer, no matter the brand. But if you just put a baking pan in front of it when you're using it is just fine. The roller meat, we trued a small butt pork for carnitas and tacos or sandwiches. The meat taste diffent, full of flavor and just perfect. You just need time and patience to understand this machine but once you do it's gonna be a perfect helper. For cleaning i used hot water and soap and a kitchen brush that helps a lot. For dishwashing machine, is not too great the cleaning only if you brush it first and i do not recommend the gray square pan in the dishwasher because it start peeling fast and replacements are very hard to find for this brand they just make a few of then for a short time, once they put their product on the market.

This is the second power air fryer oven I have owned and I love it. I have cooked meat, chicken, fish, burgers, fries, etc and it always turns out wonderful. Juicy and tender.Can't say enough good about them and the Company as well, they have been fantastic.

First airfryer that I purchased powered on once; when I plugged it in. I then prepared the meal that I was going to put in it only to be met by a lit power light that then would do absolutely nothing. I promptly boxed it back up and returned it to Sam's Club after reading the off site reviews that left me a bit skeptical of this product. Hesitantly I exchanged it for another of the same, and returned home. The second lasted two power ups. I will not be exchanging for a third. This product is a waste of money and I highly advise against wasting your time and money.

I purchased my 8 qt model a month ago and it has lived up to all that was advertised. My first meal was a rotisserie chicken. It was moist, flavourful and was cooked to perfection. There was no odours or taste not associated with the chicken. Was easy to clean and set up as well as after, very little splattering on the walls. It is quite to use. Looking forward to using it more in the future!
